so great app! plz update new version!
This is a great software with many useful functionalities that I really enjoy using. However, I hope the development team can release a new version soon and improve the user interface. The current interface feels a bit too simple and outdated. Adding some more elegant designs and smoother interactions would enhance the overall user experience. Overall, this is an excellent software. With continuous improvements and updates, it has the potential to become a top player among similar products. I look forward to future versions!

Really great, especially the integration with Obsidian. The Mac app really isn't great, but the web app is. Instead of using the Mac app, I just have a shortcut that opens the web app. Honestly, a web wrapper might actually be better.

The Mac app feels like a terrible port of an iOS app. Has less features (No Notebook, etc.) and just looks half-baked.

Completes the Knowledge Cycle
Excellent conversion of articles to audio and with the logseq-omnivore plugin all highlights go directly into my notes without extra work. It filled a big hole for me. Now I can listen to my articles while doing other things. And when I highlight I can pull that into Logseq. And the developers seem very active with updates and new features.

Amazing App
I love this app. I have been looking for a good speech to text app for the articles I read on the web and haven't been able to find a good one that is also easy to use and good at extracting the text without also reading outloud irrelevant html. This is a game changing app for for how I read the web!

Wow
I was not at all looking for another read it later app, but this has the best text to speech voices I’ve ever heard. I don’t know what voodoo they’re using with the ultra-realistic voice options, but I’m sold. Adding CarPlay support and the ability to import PDFs would make this the ultimate commuter app. Curious to see how long this stays free.

Excellent Read later app
This app is amazing. I’be tried many, many read later apps, and this one is among the very best.
- The share extension is really well done, even allowing you to rename saved pages.
- It has a very good parser, and does a good job saving twitter threads as well.
- Search is great, with lots of advanced options.
Omnivore competes really well against Matter and Readwise Reader, apps that cost $60 and $100 a year, respectively. That just blows my mind. It doesn't have all the spit and polish of the big guys, but it’s an impressive app. And as a free, open source project, there’s no reason at all not to give it a try.

iPad app needs a lot of work
I really love omnivore, but the iPad app is buggy. When I go into my profile I have to kill the app the get back to my library. The close link does nothing. Also, where are the app settings!? I can’t set this to use dark mode or system dark mode settings.
