Our aim is to make Health & Fitness simple and achievable no matter what your experience level, fitness level, or age.
You will be guided by expert trainers Matt, Rachael and Annora who are passionate about making fitness accessible for everyone and most importantly, want you to enjoy your health and fitness journey.
Between them, they have over 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry that has lead them to create what they believe to be the most user friendly, simple, effective platform on the market.
WHAT WE OFFER
- New workout of the day, everyday, taking the guess work lout for you. Just click and go.
- Guided walk of the day, either 20, 40 or 60 minutes long. Again, simply click and go.
- Library of stretch classes for every level
- Library of guided meditations that you can do anytime anywhere when you just want to chill out and rest your mind
- Library of our 'Easy Eats' which are simple, delicious, nutritious recipes you can enjoy making
- Library of Brain Training Workouts. It's so important to keep our brains healthy as well as our bodies. These workouts are specifically designed to get your mind and body working in unusual patterns to keep your brain sharp. Studies have shown that this way of using the body and mind together can fight off and or help with Alzheimers and Dementia.
- 8 Week Habit Forming Plan. We recommend that you start your journey with us by completing this 8 week plan to really get a feel and a sense of what we at OMRA are all about and the lifestyle we want to help you create for yourself.

- Monitor Stats during Workouts: View heart rate/calories burned on your watch & video player.
- HEALTH App: Apple Watch integrates with Apple's Health app (Healthkit) to track workouts, duration, calories burned, heart rate, and active energy. You choose the data you want stored, and you can change it anytime in the Health app.
- FITNESS App: Apple Watch integrates with Apple's Fitness App, and workouts contribute to your daily goals. View stats, share your activity, and get those Activity Rings!
- Use your Watch as a Remote: Play, stop, & rewind videos without interrupting workouts.
- Install using iPhone: Install app on iPhone, open Watch app, select "Show on Apple Watch".
