Same old same old
Pretty much the same experience as everyone else here. I signed on at the beginning to help the team along. When it finally arrived it looked great in the box. Flying it, however, is a whole different story. The farthest I have been able to to fly it is about 30 feet before it mysteriously aims for the ground and crashes. Usually it takes off, tilts one way or another before smashing itself into the ground. Auto fly is no better.

Such a disappointment for my kids, hence me. 1) App will not connect with drone, 2) Drone lights up, but never past the initiation phase, 3) Of course, nothing else works on the drone (like propellers) since we can not get anything to connect! 4) App comes with no troubleshoot section, 5) Clearly this all makes sense since there is no acknowledgement from the manufacture on any of these negative reviews, and their attempt to fix these issues! Do not buy!

App causes drone to crash
Doesn't work as advertised. GPS rarely connects. Drone doesn't obey commands (forward, backward etc.). It will work for short periods of time, but then loses connection and crashes hard. Throttle is all or nothing. Really no in between. Auto-follow and obstacle avoidance don't work.
On a positive note, the camera is great and I've gotten some decent footage aside from it being REALLY shaky.
I hope all of these issues can be addressed with software updates. I think the drone has potential. The app is holding it back.

I've tried to fly my little drone a number of times... Not too happy with this app.
Drone takes forever to get a gps signal, then it drifts on takeoff and controlling from my 6plus in the various modes aren't very responsive. I have gotten pretty good at tie in it off in mid air so it doesn't wander into something.... Other than that, not impressed.... Makes me sad. I'll try again on the next patch, in the meantime it is going on a shelf and I'll continue to wish I bought something else.

DO NOT buy this drone
I too am one of the original backers for this product. I have on-going problems with wifi connectivity to it. One or more props often will not spin up after unlocking. Its battery life is horrible and NOT as promoted. Flight is often unpredictable. Wifi latency issues abound even with the new updated App. And yes, customer service is nearly non-existent. I am sorely disappointed that I backed the company with my $300+ "donation." Oh well, live and learn, I suppose.

This one is the answer to ur question
If you have an iOS device for onagofly you have to go in the settings and change it to the onagoflys wifi. Then make sure it's connected then wait a couple seconds.

Actually works now
I was disappointed when I first bought this drone. For some reason I tried it again the other day and it actually works now. The GPS does what it's supposed to and holds the drone in place.

I have had Onagofly for about four weeks now. I've enjoyed it very much. It flies real well. And with the phone tilt app it's very easy to operate. This is the first radio controlled aircraft I've ever owned and I've had a lot of fun with it. It's been worth every dime I paid for it!
