OnCue Prompter is an IOS Teleprompter app that will work with iPhone's and IPad's and can be controlled over a network connection by connecting devices over Bluetooth or Wifi and can be controlled by any iCade multi-function Bluetooth Controller. By using a multi-function controller instead of a multimedia controller like the other teleprompter apps, you will have tons of additional functionality with the remote control like fast-forward / rewind, changing the font size, starting the script at the top again, and more.
You don't need any special remotes or remote apps to control the scrolling, it can be done using one of the devices that are connected. Simply swiping the screen speeds-up and slows-down the scroll and tapping on the screen pauses.
OnCue can also be connected to a conventional LCD style teleprompter via an HDMI/VGA adapter or using Apple TV.

OnCue Prompter 4.4 has some improvements in scrolling and new buttons for navigating from the main view. We also added support for Bluetooth 4.0 iCade Remotes that will work with the lates iOS devices being released with Bluetooth 4.2 and higher.

Buggy. Can’t use a keyboard when connected to the remote. And I can’t find the exit and other red buttons on the scroll screen at times. Requires killing the app way too frequently.

Buggy, clunky, ugly
When running in mirror mode it causes the device to go upside down even after you exit the app.

Good for free but not professional
Has a pretty complete package of features but they’re buggy, it crashes, but the one killer for me is that the remote control is so laggy and jittery that I simply can’t use it for professional work. Then having no usable controller, I’m left to do a let of guesswork with clients and that’s a no no.

Nice concept, poor support
I like the idea of using my iPhone with an ICADE controller to control prompting on my iPad--it's a great idea. Unfortunately, most of the ICADE controllers out there are cheap junk, with instructions in Chinese.
After returning one controller to Amazon, I emailed the developer to find out which ICADE controller they recommend. I have received no response, and at this point, the app is basically useless. I cannot recommend it, and I suggest trying other teleprompter apps in the App Store.

Amazing Teleprompter
I needed a better way to fine tune the scroll speed and this app delivered. It's a simple interface and that's all I need to read on camera.
