⁃ Timer: Press “Start Workout” to start the timer. You can also Pause and Resume the timer at any time during your workout.
⁃ Complete Exercise: When you are done with an exercise - tap the square at the bottom right side to mark it as completed. This will help to save your workout history more accurately.
⁃ Close Workout: Tap the X button on the top right to complete a workout. You will have the option to Discard or Save the workout.
⁃ Autofill: Autofill allows you to see the previous weight used if the exercise was previously completed.

The best workout app!!
I have followed Iulia’s fitness Instagram page for a few years and have used it for workout inspiration every now and then, but my biggest challenge in consistently working out has always been planning. I never knew what I wanted to do when I went to the gym so I always defaulted to leg day (my favorite day). This app gives me a clear plan with what I need to do each day with recommended sets and reps. It keeps me from neglecting working the parts of my body that I just may not know exactly what workouts to do for. The videos and written descriptions that go with each move make it super easy to see exactly how to do it correctly. It I have been using it for several months now and have seen dramatic changes in my weight and overall strength! I have been using the ‘Lose Body Fat at the Gym’ plan but there are different plans for whether you are wanting to just tone, strengthen, or build muscle. There are also home workouts if you can’t get to a gym. Overall I love love love this app, Iulia is the bomb❤️

By far my favorite workout app
I started following Iulia on Instagram a few years back. I was in between workout programs and she had advertised her app so I decided to try it out. I haven’t used anything else since. I look forward to my workouts. I love keeping track of what I’m doing and how much weight I’ve lifted. I recently have started using the kitchen / macros part of the app as well and love it. The only thing I can complain about is sometimes I don’t have what I need at my gym to do certain workouts, but the alternatives help and if there is no alternative option I know enough now to know what would work just as well. Like I said I look forward to my workouts and typically look at what my workout will look like the day before and the day of. A lot of workouts will have you do the same stuff over and over but this program is always different so you’re not getting bored of doing the same workouts. Highly recommend!

Good guidance still looking up videos elsewhere
I just downloaded this app in hopes of being able to workout on my own in a conventional gym. I come from a Crossfit and Olympic lifting background but have absolutely no clue how to form my own workout. I have been so reliant on trainers in the past. Let me tell you... the first workout I did was a full body workout and I was sore in parts of my muscles I didn’t even know existed. She uploads every week for the full week so you honestly could plan your week around it if needed based on how you need to place your rest day. So far I’m extremely happy with this app. However, her example videos are sometimes in off positions so it’s hard to tell what she is doing. Usually the written descriptions clarify but I find myself still looking up videos online. Granted, I’m not an avid weight machine user. Another thing that would be helpful is a section to help decided weight to use. I generally know what I am capable of but I know a lot of people aren’t. This also comes with experience so it’s not a huge inconvenience. So far pretty happy. We will see where I am at in a few months.

The Start to Something Better
I was in Cross Country throughout high school and I was always active, but once I got to college, all of that changes. It was hard to stay motivated to be fit and my love for running went away. I could not figure out what to do to be motivated again. One day, I came across Iulia in my Instagram explore feed and have been following her for over a year. I have doing her work outs before she even had an app, and it has made a huge difference in my lifestyle. The app has made using her program so much easier, but I have always been a fan of hers. It’s perfect for people who want to see a change in themselves in a fun way. Instead of only focusing on flattening my stomach, I can also focus on toning up my entire body. That change in attitude has made a HUGE difference in my fitness journey. LOVE LOVE LOVE HER

I absolutely love this app. It has reps, sets and how long to rest in between each exercise. It also has videos with explanations showing exactly how to do everything. As someone who just started their fitness journey, I love that it’s so easy to use. It has helped me be much more consistent in the gym and I see actual results. I do, however, wish there was a bit more variety in the exercises from week to week to challenge me and my muscles. Also, there are some minor issues that need to be fixed. I love the idea of knowing how long it takes me to finish the workouts, but the times are always out of whack. You should have the option to restart the time. Sometimes I go in to see what I’ll be doing and I exit out. On the actual day of the workouts, when i hit finish it’ll have some outrageous number like 2632 minutes. Overall, I still love the app and plan to continue using it.

Used to be very good
I’ve been a user of this app for a couple of years now and it used to be my favorite, esp for someone new to the gym. The interface was clean and easy to use She has video and written instructions for the workout and ability to track progress.

But these past couple of months, I’ve noticed the app is very buggy. My biggest issue is the app no longer saves your progress. So I can’t tell how much weight I lifted for an exercise the week prior. This obviously hinders progressive overload. Other smaller issues are app freezes when you attempt to share that you completed a workout, “history” of workout button doesn’t work, sometimes the app freezes when trying to load the next workout.

I reached out to the developers and although they tried to help ultimately the issue was never fixed. I’m likely going to have to cancel my membership and find an app that can actually save a user’s progress.

LOVE this app!! And the different workout options!
I’ve been going to the gym and lifting for years so I wasn't necessarily a beginner. But mom life / school was catching up to me and it was becoming very stressful to take the time and think about/write down my workouts for the week since i had goals to build more muscle. I decided to try the app for a month and have now been using for almost a year ☺️ I love that she changes up the workouts every week and has options for muscle building or fat loss. Or workouts at home. It makes my life easier going into the gym and already have my workout plan for the day! Thank you iulia for this app. I love it! Also since using the app I’ve learned new workouts and have seen the changes AND GROWTH in my body since it makes it easier for me to stay consistent!!

With a free 7 day trial you’ve got nothing lose-
But if that doesn’t convince you maybe this will.
The app has programs specific to every type of goal you might have whether it’s losing body fat, gaining muscle, or building a bigger booty, it’s on here. The programs are also divided into at home and in the gym so that it can meet your needs wherever you are! The best thing about it is that you have access to ALL programs when you pay for a subscription-not just one.
Another thing I love about this app that other programs don’t always do is that the exercises don’t include weird machines that not every gym would have. It’s very good about making sure to include exercises that everyone can do.
Overall it’s a great app that’s user friendly and I hope you’ll give it a try!

Super bummed!
Downloaded app after my friend had so much success following these workouts. I signed up for the monthly subscription and got everything set up. I get to the gym and I completed the first exercise of the workout and when I swipe over for the next one the app completely closes out! I’ve tried everything possible- logging out, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, downloading the workout, trying it on WiFi.. I reached out to Support and they were very responsive and tried helping but ultimately have no idea why the app isn’t working. After a few days of going back and forth with no solutions- their suggestion was to reach out to Apple and get a refund. Super bummed out- I follow her on Instagram so maybe I’ll be able to get workouts from that.. Great tech support tho!

The app was great until update 2.12.0
I downloaded the app about a month ago and fell in love with it. It was by far the best workout app I’ve used. So I pains me to leave a review this low but with the support I received I felt like I needed to be heard. About two weeks ago the developers rolled out update 2.12.0 and since then the app refuses to work the way the it should. Workouts that use to be there now show “Rest Day”, those that do show up don’t load in correctly and freeze so I have to close out the app and reopen after every exercise.

I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Deleting the downloads. As well as, restoring my membership but nothing worked. I reach out to support and was told just to do everything that I already did. Never wanted to leave the app but nothing is working and I’m fed up.
