Can’t get any nickname to work,
No way to set up account
When I go to the Gold Strike property on line, there is no where to access my account for room rates. It used to be so easy with MGM, but this is a mess. I tried to register and the site gave me a new vinyl card with a number and I already have a Platinum card with a number that I have used in that casino already. It’s like the right hand does NOT know what the left hand is doing. Doesn’t really make you have confidence in them or even want to visit there.

Horrible app and doesn’t work
If you’re gonna push us to use an app to access our info then at least have the app working. Previously on the MGM website you were able to access your account and see your points, tier credits, room rates etc. Now you can’t see anything. It’s horrible and pointless

Good for viewing points when it stays open
I downloaded this app and found it helpful in keeping up with points. It worked fine for a while but now it will not stay open more than a couple of seconds and then closes every time I try to view it. Other people have had the same issue. Not helpful at all any more!

Try This
I couldn’t get the app to accept my One Star Rewards number even though I was entering it correctly. I called and was told to enter the number without the zeros. In my case there were four zeros at the beginning. I left those off and was able to move forward.

Frustrated
I have my card and I have set up the app and even been back to the property to ask for help but I am still unable to log in as it does not recognize my info that is correct. The MGM app worked well and I used it for everything.

Cannot set up login
The login page to enter your players number pin, and birthdate, does not recognize any information. When I know it is correct. It appears the app is not synced with their rewards program software.

This app is terrible and doesn’t work
I put in my correct email and password and it locked me out. I tried several times and it will not let me log in to check my points. Fix this!

This is a joke. Can’t get anywhere on the app. It’s locked me out for a week. We always liked it there but we can go else where. We actually visited Southland and like it. We will definitely be going back to Arkansas.

Doesn't work!
This app continues to have issues since the beginning. I can't "reset" my password. I enter my email and player card number (without the zeros) and press submit and nothing happens.

GOLDSTRIKE CASINO
Wanted to give this property a chance since I’m a top tier card holder at Lucky North, MGM, and Cosmopolitan. But i can’t even access my account on the app or even find the Goldstrike property and if this isn’t repaired soon I will continue to take my money elsewhere!!!
