One Wellbeing will help you create healthier habits that are designed to help improve your movement, rest and cognitive performance.

In order to access steps and sleep data from your wearable device or Apple Watch, One Wellbeing will ask you to connect and share data with the Health app on your mobile device. You can opt out of this at anytime.
