Video Programs and Video Featured Insights are now available (previously content was only audio)
With this new video content, we have a specialized video player which can be “minified” to display more features depending on the content (like, share, record insight, end meditation)
We’ve added two core videos for users in the “My Insight” tab, which go into the value of recording an insight, and whether or not you need to be perfect to use One Perfect Meditation ( you do not :)

Insights
There are so many excellent programs available on this app. I’ve explored many of them and have done over 100 meditations. Beside the availability of numerous programs on the app, one can actually record one’s own insights and store them privately on the app. It also allows you to upload these insights in order to share them with other members of the OnePerfect community! I think that this recording feature is really helpful. I’ve used it in both the private and the community modes and think it’s extremely helpful in reviewing my thoughts and listening to those of others.
In short, I think the timing of introducing this app is ideal and it will be enormously helpful to many now and for years to come

The most perfect mediation
I used to wake up everyday with back pain, specialized anxiety, and a deep childhood trauma induced depression. I have tried medication, therapy, and intense exercise to try to move onto a reasonable lifestyle, but have only run into more and more brick walls. I was at the lowest point in my life. Then I found One Perfect Meditation. I’m not gonna say that this app is like winning the lottery of life, but ever since I started using it I have run a half marathon, gotten promoted, and found the woman I’m going to marry. I have a newfound purpose and wake up everyday excited to do my meditation and take on the day. I could not recommend this app more, and I’m so happy I found it.

Incorporating Peace into Everyday
It can be difficult, especially during times of a pandemic, to feel at peace and to take time for yourself to relax. This is a fantastic app with tools that can teach you how to meditate all while on your phone. It’s extremely well set-up & user friendly and I look forward to continuing my journey of meditation.

I love that each day I can order up my meditation and therapy sessions based on how I am feeling in that moment. I can add different features and insights just like how I order my Starbucks coffee based on the time of day. It’s so customizable, personal and helpful. Thank you!

After using different meditation apps, I find this one very easy to navigate and I particularly like the ability to record my own thoughts.
