Have instant access to your company provided health, wellbeing and pension benefit plans and information with the Online Benefits app.
Log into the app using your client identifier, username and password you have already been provided with. As a first time user, a client identifier is required and will be provided to you in the announcement email and is also shown on the benefits portal (TBS) website. The app allows you to change your language preference if another language is available to you on the website.

Access benefits portal website to view, interact with and initiate the following:
o Personal information on yourself and your participants, if any
o View information about your benefits
o View your current benefit coverage in company provided benefit plans
o Initiate and interact with enrollment transactions
o View spending and reimbursement account balances
o Submit spending and reimbursement account claims using your device’s camera to take and upload receipts
o View your Total Reward Statement
o Upload documents
This app is available to employees/members where Aon has been appointed to manage online benefits, to access the app you will need a client identifier.
