I wish more app writers had a sense of humor like this. It's fun, doesn't take itself too seriously, and is the perfect length as a kids bedtime book. More from this app writer please!

Great that it is free with no ads popping up all the time! I'd love to see more like this! Maybe Oobie's undersea adventure or Oobie on safari. :)

Some good visual motor tasks embedded too!
This is a really sweet, short story with lots of interactivity- sound effects, stars lighting up, comets streaking through the sky kind of fun. The playground mode is super fun and both playground mode and the comet scene I think are great for visual motor tasks such as tracking- In the comet scene if you tap them they will shoot off into the distance- you can stay on the page for as long as you want. The black background makes for good contrast as well. My only issue is the buttons are so tiny- I would love to see bigger buttons to navigate the pages, and a "jump to" feature in case a child just wants to play with the comets or other scenes in the story.

Great interactive learning too for small kids - color changes, sounds, music. Oobie is a cute character too! I confess, I couldn't stop playing with Oobie in the "Playground" feature. Fun way for kids to learn!
