Firstly, we want to apologise to our collectors for several issues and bugs in the last build after our service outage. These include logging-in problems, infinite loading screens and offer codes not being accepted.

When we started our journey we had modest goals. But things picked up quicker than we expected. Because of this we made a decision that people didn’t like. So, we have added the Pokémon database back in so that you can search and select your asset as well as have the TCGplayer pricing data for your card shown on the report.
We have big plans and will be adding the same capability for all the 11 other cars types soon enough. Thanks for supporting us.

This is a big one!
We have released an additional 5 TCG types and 6 Sports Card types that are all available to grade using our optical grading models. Now really is the time to collect and curate your collection like never before.
With the addition cards being released we have added a server status to our home tab so that you can see how our services are running.
You can also subscribe on a weekly basis to our pro accounts.

With this update, we have corrected some minor bugs found by our amazing family of collectors as well as completed some general housekeeping.
In this update;
When you receive a notification relating to a pending grade, tapping it will take you directly to the grading report, where you can view the digital slab of your approved grade. Currently, tapping a notification only opens the app.
We also have a little surprise for our rookie collector account holders. Just scan and grade a card to find out ; )

As our app and platform grow quicker than we ever imagined, we have had to make small changes to our subscriptions so that our AI can process scans in a timely manner.

As in the case of most app updates, the main changes in this release are bug fixes. We also had a typo spotted by one of our collecters, Andrew. Thanks for that : )

• We have restricted Rookie Collectors with free accounts from collecting multiples of the same card. This is so that we can uphold our prioritised processing for Pro Collectors amongst unprecedented demand.
• We have reintroduced the Digital Slab™ (AR) for Rookie account grades once the QA algorithm has approved the grade.
• Added the ability to start a recan directly from a rejected grade report for both Rookie and Pro Collectors.

Good idea, not the best execution.
I got Optic Edge about 2 weeks ago, haven’t used it since now. I knew about the one free scan, but know that option is gone, I’m not able to scan anything. One suggestion I have is one free card scan a week. This would allow people that can’t pay still be able to get card scans.

5 Stars but I have an issue
I think this service is great, really cost efficient, and could make way for this becoming the norm in the future. I just have one issue with it. It doesn’t seem to register Japanese cards. I bought a .99 cent scan to grade one of my Japanese cards, and the grading itself has been stuck at pending for an hour now. Is there a language issue with it? Or am I just being impatient with the grading. I graded an English card and the results came back almost instantly.

Best app I used in a long time.
This grading service is one of the best I ever used. Not only that you can keep the card in your possession without sending it to another location to get graded in person and waiting weeks if not months to get your grade. I high suggest this app for all your card grading needs!

This app has been truly amazing and has propelled my business even more. The grading is very accurate and you don’t have to send something to psa for $20. You can get unlimited for $70 a year. This is a great company and always works great for me

Need help
Good app but can’t figure out how to take cards out of my collection if it’s not a thing it should be added like a playlist

Don’t buy subscription
They used to give out 1 free card now they got rid of that option. Now you have to subscribe to it and on top of that I got booted off the app and when I tried to sign in my account got deleted which I lost my 3 months I had with them. So I tried to sign in with my account it started fresh as if I never had it.

Very iffy feeling
Paid for the one month of unlimited uploads. So that’s a thing, but not too much. The ratings really all depend on the picture. The program also misses dents in cards as well. Same card uploaded has 3 vastly different grades. Brand new out of pack cards also getting low grades? Cool tool, but not sure I’ll be using it after the single month

Unimpressed
I doubt the accuracy of this scanner; I put in a PSA 10 card and it gave back a range of 7-9. Encompassing such a large range isn’t very impressive and it didn’t even contain the actual grade. Not sure if this is a one time thing or not but I don’t think it’s worth it to keep the app for another 24 hours to check other PSA 10s I own for free.

They lost my subscription?
I had the app for a while, and it worked just fine until recently, while they were dealing with the server outage, I got a notification from Optic Edge saying to delete the app and reinstall, so I did. It solved the server outage, but now when I log in, it says I don’t have my subscription and that I need to subscribe again. Kinda stinks :/
