After purchasing your Oralift kit from our website, you will receive a code to open our App which is going to help you monitor your success! The App will take the user through what we call the onboarding process, which includes a test to assess the state of the user’s facial muscles and determines their individual programme. The App also explains how to monitor the user’s journey throughout the process. The Oralift App contains a series of videos and graphs to help with each step of the treatment journey. HOW DOES ORALIFT WORK?
The Oralift device is similar to a mouthguard but is specially designed with two nylon blocks, which are the magic ingredient. When someone puts the device in their mouth, the jaw is forced to rest in a new position and the muscles have to adapt to a new resting position. This adaptation process initiates the healing process by triggering a chain of reactions in the muscles. Muscles produce chemicals which help to reverse the damage done by the ageing process.

Wasted potential
I see what they were trying to accomplish with this app however it was poorly executed, full of bugs, and has a terrible UI.
1. The tap to record touches button stops working after a few minutes, and I'm no longer to record any touches.
2. Why are we forced to enter the time manually? It should be automatic based on our session and then given an option to override.
3. Sessions should be recorded automatically when timer is complete, with an option to record session manually.
4. The reminders should be automatic and twice a day, with the ability for us to set the am and pm times.
5. There's no way to zoom in on the photos or export them.
It's ridiculous how manual this app is, which defeats its whole purpose. It'd be easier for me to track things in a spreadsheet at this rate.

Lost opportunity and frustrating user experience
It’s too bad this app does not work as well as it could. Lost volume. Cannot hear any of the videos even though I deleted and uploaded app several times. Gave feedback to company. Hopefully they realize they would get better data and happier customers.

Worst App in the world
This app is god awful. Why isn’t there a time period where we can add in treatments that were forgotten? What’s the point of this app to be truly useful? Needs lots of work! The videos are hard to understand and too long. The graph chart is hard to read. Poor poor quality overall!!!

Nothing works
Couldn’t upload photos. wouldn’t report the touch test. Didn’t get past that part. Now depending on you tube uploads without even a playlist there to find the videos consecutively that could help

Terrible app
I agree with all of the comments of the previous reviewer. This app is a complete waste of time and does not support use of the Oralift. I feel like I got duped. If this is the best they can do for the app, I’m beginning to doubt that the Oralift product will be any better.

Horrible and frustrating
It’s so buggy. On top of that there’s no audio on the videos they say you need to watch. I can’t even get past the onboarding phase. Regret purchasing this.

Please fix ability to edit date and time once it is entered. Allow us to see photo side by side on progress photo. Vimeo is useless for me.

Should be zero stars
The device is amazing. Unfortunately the company is not. The app does not work, you have to watch instructional videos but the videos have NO audio! So tacky and unprofessional. Go to YouTube and learn how to use device there. Such a shame.
