Organically Grounded was created by Marlaina Pate, who struggled for years to find a workout that her body responded positively due to her sever Scoliosis curve. She started combining the practice of Pilates and yoga - creating a low impact workout fusion called “The OG Method”. This method allowed her to tone her body while keeping her scoliosis curve mobile and body feeling great!

Great app for an overall healthier lifestyle
My favorite part of this app is the schedule that it has for exercises. It keeps me on track and motivated, and they’re pretty focused and quick so I can do them at home whenever I have a burst of energy. I’ve had neck and back pain for years now, but ever since I’ve started the stretches I’ve been feeling great. I also love the healthy recipes. They’re all so quick and delicious! For all that you get out of it, it’s absolutely worth the subscription.

Great exercises to strengthen your back and core
I am loving this app and the exercises. I love that the challenges are only 7 days which make them attainable. Marlaina’s voice is motivating yet gentle and supportive. I like that there are small breaks to catch your breath in between. I was looking for a program that was quick and simple to do after having two babies. I underwent abdominal surgery after my second and Marlaina’s program is helping me build back my strength in my core and back.

Great app
I just started using this app and love it. The instructor was very clear in the way she explained each exercise and the transition from one movement to the next was smooth. I am looking forward to using this daily. I also like the conveyance, I can get a good stretch/workout in weather I’m home or at a hotel while traveling. Great job!!!!

Easily and readily accessible fitness for women of all fitness levels
I love how easy this app is to use and how quick the workouts and challenges are so anyone can fit them into their day. They were designed with our bodies in mind and it is the perfect fit for working moms like me.

Obsessed
OG is an amazing tool in my wellness journey. I’m a D1 track athlete and I’ve never found a solid foundation for learning yoga/flow/stretching like OG. This app is my go-to whenever I need an awesome stretch or meal ideas. I especially love following the flows before bedtime as it really relaxes my muscles. Highly recommend this for any athlete.
