Fracture Assessment: if available, we will use your location to automatically select the nearest hospital. You can manually select a hospital as well.
Fracture Assessment: you can now manually add a post-acute provider that is not already listed when personalizing the care plan. Look for the "Other Provider" option to get started.

We fixed a bug with the patient list being sorted correctly.
