Not very user friendly
The massage routines available in the app are pretty good, but starting a massage can be very frustrating if you don’t want the default settings. You are required to start each routine in its preset chair position, and you can’t change any settings until after the routine starts. You also cannot change any settings while the routine is paused, so it feels like you have to fight the machine to change any settings. Another annoying design is that you need to keep holding the chair adjustment buttons until it reaches the target position, even for presets like zero gravity, upright and even the required starting position for each massage routine! I have three suggestions to make the app better: 1) Allow settings to be customized BEFORE the routine starts. 2) Don’t force the user to move the chair to the required position for each routine. 3) Users should only need to hold down the position preset buttons for 1 or 2 seconds and then the chair should keep moving until it gets there (comfort, zero gravity, upright and routine start position)

Good machine, bad app
Overall it is a good massage chair in terms of quality and functions. User must create account to login, good for tracking and customization. However, the customization part is not user friendly. The control panel on the chair is very limited, beyond basic. Only three modes, not even a full body button. All massage mode are set to 15 min and cannot change. User should be able to customize it to a longer or shorter section.

Too short
agree with everything @casablito1977 wrote. Will add one more feature request to have routines be repeatable or longer than 15min. Having to reset everything every 15min is very annoying. This is not a mall quickie massage. 30-60min routines should easily be the standard.

Super annoying
It keeps asking me to pair the Bluetooth even when I have no intention of using it throughout the day. So I have to install the app and uninstall every time.
