Outlinx v1.5 is a major upgrade, and we're excited to offer it to our community of users. Each Outlinx page now contains three spaces: Notes, Media, & Comments. With our upgraded UI you can now:
- Add videos to Notes & Comments
- Add more images and group them in the Media Space

In this version we added support for Universal Links. Universal Links provide a more integrated Outlinx experience for people with the app installed, and also provides a way for people who don't have the app installed to view Outlinx pages in a web browser.
Users with the Outlinx app installed can now scan Outlinx stickers, and access the app, by scanning Outlinx stickers with their iPhone's native camera. User friendly app, great organizational tool
It’s like a technologically advanced post-it note mixed with Pinterest. I can record the contents of my various cardboard boxes and storage boxes without having labels that are continually crossed out with sharpies. I can also store images on the “tech post-it” so it’s like a Pinterest board that can aesthetically record notes and thoughts/ideas for house renovations. The app is super easy to use too.

Awesome, but needs more work
Using this at our shop has been great, loving that we can simplify pricing and product information for customers allowing customers to play an interactive role in our shop. I do believe there a few key functions that are missing that would make this app a “Five Star” app. Please add the functionality to allow others to have separate accounts and collaborate across multiple accounts using the same QR sticker to be edited by only certain people and not just yourself or everyone. I would also love to be able to choose more fonts and colors.

We used it for our move!
Made our move much easier and more fun!:) I could share what’s in each box with my wife and post pictures in the app to remember. The app is well designed and the stickers are easy to use. I will use it for other applications for sure.

Good but needs a few more quality of life changes
I’m just wondering if it’s possible to add the search function from within the folders themselves and also highlight the keyword within the folder to make things easier to find.
Also if there were changes in the folder by another user. Can that be highlighted so we know what was changed?

Very Limited Software
I’m not really sure why this app/product had so many positive reviews. Yes, the app looks nice but it’s extremely limited. You can only create notes with text, images, and links. You can not scan an Outlinx to connect to WiFi. I also wish that there was a way to export all the folders that you scan. That way you could create dozens of labels for storage boxes and then have a master list of every thing you have in storage.

easy + efficient
been using my stickers for grocery lists, storage bins, + various reminders for frequent kitchen tasks. the UI is clean, making it pleasing + very user-friendly for first time users. 12/10 would buy more in different colors.

Pretty cool!!
I am always pulling bins down to see what’s in them. This is really pretty brilliant, easy to organize and a load off of my back. Great idea and app. 5 stars.
