5. Calendar now looks at team and group type events. You no longer have to select all the people in your team to see the team events. We now have the following types of events:
1. Team events - where any member of the team will see these events in their calendar
2. Group Events - Where members of a group can view any events make for their group
3. Booking Events - Allows bookings to be made against the event and will be available to any member of the entity
4. Individual Events - Where you only select 1 person for the event and only that person can see it in their calendar
5. Selected Individual Events - Like existed previously where you can select the members of the entity to be invited to see the event
6. Course Event - To link with the Applications who hold courses and want their members to be able to see them and booking into when required.
6. Documents can now be a specific to a team, group or Individual within a team
7. Videos are now able to be filtered and therefore viewable by the entire entity, a selected group within the entity or a specific individual within an entity
8. Updated the email component to extend the number of emails in one message from a maximum of 100 to now allow a maximum of 1000
9. Email size now has been increased to a maximum of 30MB
10. It is now possible to make an entity auto accept registrations so people don’t have to get their invite request approved to join an entity. The OwnUrGoal team are the only ones who can enable this for an entity so entity administrators will have to request this option through OwnUrGoal support if required.
