When you download the app it asks you to login. With what login information? I haven’t setup anything yet. Calling Y now.

Exactly! Mine too. Says login. Doesn’t give a choice to register. Doesn’t take email. When click forgot pw hoping they’d send a link to my email so I can get past this, nothing comes through. So can’t register. Tried going online as well to see if you have to register there first but didn’t see anything.

Maybe it’s great... but I’ll never be able find out...
I can’t get past the log in screen. There’s no place to create an account. I’d love to be able to sign up for kid zone times but alas, the email I’ve been using for forever apparently doesn’t work for my log in. 🥴 Probs need a place to CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Otherwise how are we supposed to USE THE APP? 🧐

Can’t set up an account for husband and wife with different email accounts
Husband cannot set up the app on his phone with his email address to schedule swim times as the account is on my email account.

Misses the Mark
Seems great, but I will never know. There is no way to create an account! You just stare at a log in screen that you can’t pass. Will look forward to an update.

Can’t login
Tried but it says my email doesn’t exist so couldn’t get password. It’s the same email I’ve used for their eblasts. Needs to add a create account function.
