Will not except user or password connection! The instruction booklet print is so small you can’t read the words!!
Reading the instructions should not be a problem!!!!!! This is another media product form China that does not work and has terrible instructions! I gave it a two star because it came in a reusable box! This a CCP software bug to spy on Americans through your WiFi! Don’t install it! For us Americans that like gadgets, STOP BUYING JUNK FROM CHINA! AND 90 percent of the stuff sold on instagram in from China and subsidized by Facebook for a profit! Stop

Please read as a lot of people have had issues connecting the camera to their WiFi to view remotely.

First connect to the local camera by way of Q7. Under local camera tab click settings/wireless wifi (fill in your info) click done, once it says successful you need to turn off the camera, and then close the app! Wait about 15 seconds to turn the camera back on. Then wait another 15 seconds for the camera to boot back up and then open the app. It should show you the local camera as online. If it doesn’t try rebooting the APP (not the camera) once you see the camera is online click on “my cameras” tab and login with the info on the back of the camera. When I did these steps it connected me to my WiFi and now I can view my camera online! Hope this helps!!! Good luck !!!

bought a camera on ebay, and was pointed to this app.
Got WiFi configured, but motion sense and other features dont seem to work. Got camera one time to work, but no files saved to SD card since then. I wish there was a list of cameras and features that work with this app.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this one. It's basically garbage without working software. If you just want to view your house while your connected to you camera at home... this camera is for you. If you want to remote into your house. It won't happen. The software is horrible. I hope I can find a software that will work with this camera otherwise it's basically a paper weight.

I wish I would’ve read the review above mine I have Xfinity I’m just gonna call them and have cameras installed by time I keep buying camera after Camera and more Stupid Cameras I could’ve bought all theirs They have some really good working cameras I had a friend that came in visit us at Christmas time she got on her phone and looked in her house and her 2 acres yard was awesome she has Xfinity also Which is Comcast Yay Comcast you rock!!!

This product/ software is straight garbage. The best thing about this order is truly the box that it comes in. I could never get it to connect much less anything else. I reset my phone just Incase this bootleg software left something behind. People please don’t waste your money on purchasing these cameras or software. As the saying goes... you get what you pay for. Straight GARBAGE/ HORRIBLE

Just installed the app and connected with the camera instantly. Haven't had a chance to play with it other than the basic functions.

I tried deleting the app and reinstall and still won’t let me log in most of the time. I’ve tried in pairing the cameras and repair them and reconfigured WiFi but app just keeps telling me to check my network connection or try later and if I’m not at home on my own WiFi then forget trying to view cameras

Was working fine and doing everything flawlessly but now after a few weeks my camera won’t appear online and it has power and connects to my phone WiFi but doesn’t show up in the app

Idk how to connect the camera to wifi its not working
