Yes and No
OK so I don’t usually write reviews but this felt necessary. I was attracted go to game because of the similarities to love Nikki just in an old style. It is what it is but no problem I have with this game is
1. Data saving issue. It is kind of sad that I have to make a third account and this is really a problem for people to spend money
2. Customer support. It’s nonexistent.
3. Now I don’t want to assume but for the people that lost their account in the group chat you Notice that there are people speaking what I believe is either Chinese or Mandarin. I Took a screenshot and translated it to find out that there are people selling accounts

Pay to play-ruled by expensive micro transactions
First of all, I’d like to say the game is addictive and fun. There are many aspect that would make this a great game, but it isn’t, because of the greed of the developers. The game suggests you can rise up by play and skill alone, but this simply is NOT the case. The top players stay in the upper rankling like roads and never leave because they fork out thousands of dollars to be VIP 13/14 as this is the only way to stay on top. Everything costs a ridiculous amount of gold, and you never have enough so you are forced to pay for more gold in many different ways for just about everything, and it was designed that way. I’m guessing the developers make enough from the competing top players to justify this, but I feel bad for new or incoming players who will soon realize they will never make rankings without shelling out THOUSANDS of dollars irrespective of how well you play the game, as every skill can be bought and sold to artificially inflate game progress. They also nerd original gameplay like the wishing tree to make it less likely you’ll get good items, and as the few players advance the prices inflate as well. Just pure greed that’s obvious that nobody is even trying to hide…sad really. So much potential lost

The game is fun and addictive, but there are some things that should be fixed.
There are, or used to be, 2 versions of the same game in the app store to download. They looked identical except for the Chinese characters after the English title. The version without the Chinese is now not even shown in the store, but still active. If you have a problem with that version, you are in trouble indeed. If you think you can recover your game character and progress by downloading this version, that does not work. You have to start over from the beginning with a new character and all the progress and money invested are lost.
Which brings to to point 2. Customer service is non existent.
No help or response ever, so be aware of that if you want to play this game. And the greed of the developers is very evident.

Amazing customer service
Do you want to have the awesome customer experience of no one even pretending to listen to you, replying back to you, or making any attempt to solve your problem? Then you shouldn't miss this game. Its Facebook post messed up the event time leaving players to wait for more than 24 hours and guess what, they deleted the post along with our comments without any updates on the corrected event schedule. Wonderful! This game doesn’t discriminate, because it treats players equally as if they are nothing regardless how much money they spend in this game. Just for a comparison, the mainland China version of this game has one special representative assigned to each VIP10 or higher player. Apparently, this global version of the game did an amazing job of being irresponsible and disrespectful.

Use caution!
I truly loved this game until today. Ive play it daily since December of 2020. I’m nearing my 200th+ login. They removed the original app from the store and replaced it with this version. What makes it worse is they haven’t said a thing to their customers. Look at all the issues people are saying about their stuff being lost. They don’t even assist their customers who have spent a ton of money on the game.
So I’ll help you since they seem to not care about it. Don’t redownload the game!!!!! Go to your library and pull it from the date you first played and log in from the spot you had logged in at. It should reload your info. If you do this app it forgets everything you have worked for.

Promotes bullying - sick concepts behind the game
This game is basically spending real money to buy imaginary clothes. U can also pay to get advanced. I don’t think the game provides a positive message, it promotes bullying in the game. The game offers reward/dress, when the high level of players make fun-of or bullying the lower level payers. The more people you have bullied, the more rewards you will get. People in the game are basically ,getting bullied, getting revenge, bullying others to feel superior. You will get upset going in the game to find out other had just bullied you, not for something you do, but the game asked them to do that to you. Sick concept behind the game

If you want put money in this game, be careful their customers service is pretty slow to solve your issue and your account still can be suspicious no matter what VIP level you are in- Facebook customer service and game side customer service.
If you decided to put time and money in this game, creat another account and add yourself as friend, just so when your main account get frozen accidentally, you still have access to your account information. Very toxic game environment
Promoting violence and bullying. The competitions between players are purely money based, no skill or intelligence required. If you put more money in you get more powerful, simple as that. Hatred speech daily across the alliance and even within the alliance. I was pleased at first to find some so called friends in the game to chat with during pandemic, but it soon became an ugly experience with people calling each other names, bad mouthing behind your back, bullying / isolating others like high school kids. I would recommend staying away from this toxic game.

Account Disappeared
I’ve been playing this game for well over a year and spent an embarrassingly large amount of money. My account has just disappeared and customer service hasn’t responded. They seldom do. The game is OKAY but definitely becomes a money grab after a certain point or you get no outfits.
People have also complained about being double charged. While I wanted to restore my old account(and still kind of do since I spent so much). It’s really not the best game out there.

It’s a scam!
I paid for an annual subscription where it committed to give you gold virtual game coins daily but it only gave me gold coins every 5 days. When I submitted a ticket, there support doesn’t look into the issue but just kept telling me that the system will refresh and told me to just check the game when in fact I check everyday. They didn’t even care to fix or address the bug after taking your money. Don’t spend any money on this game!
