- Updated to play nicely with iOS 11 and new phone models.
- Lots of improvements to navigation throughout the app! You'll notice smoother transitions and a new navigation bar to help you get around quickly.
- The camera now allows tap to focus, and pinch to zoom. This should help in low-light conditions, and make sure you're always getting the best shot.

We've added lots of great new features with this update, check out the highlights below!

** 1.1.2 **
- New app icons! Out with the old, in with the confetti.

- Users with 3D touch can now preview palettes from the main view. Push down a little on a palette to see the preview, swipe up for options to share and delete. Push harder to see the full view. Peek and pop it's fun!

- The inspiration page can now be refreshed by pulling down from the top.

- Fixes a bug that was causing saved Palettes to get cropped improperly (we really did this time, promise!).

** 1.1.0 **

- By popular demand, we've added a ZOOM view to the color picker. Now you can get pixel level precision when choosing colors.

- In fact, the color picker has been completely redesigned to be more intuitive and easier to use.

- The inspiration page now automagically loads new results as you scroll, and now has way more results to choose from!

- Deleting a palette will now require confirmation, so no more disastrous slips of the finger.

- New users will get a pretty page to help them get started making palettes.

Stay tuned for more features and updates coming soon, and as always, if you enjoy using the app and want to see more new features please let us know by leaving a review!

ElhajouiAE,
Easy, Fun, and Useful
The app is easy to use and always accessible and quick. It’s fun to see all of the colors in a scene even when you don’t realize there are so many. Finally, I use these palettes when I’m doing art and design because sometimes I get stuck when choosing colors and this offers me beautiful palettes often from art or nature.
Purr4Catnip,
Easy to use and great way to get palettes from camera or photos
My two favorite color palette apps aren't in the iTunes store any more, so I had t find a replacement. This one is fast and easy. The palettes saved show the photos and the colors RGB and hex codes. You touch the photo and when you get the color you want to save to the palette, you click the camera circle. Great for artists and designers.
Yellohkate,
Very cool and great tool!
I just downloaded this App and did a test pic with my bed comforter which has many colors.
I moved over each color in my pic and made a color palette to use as a guide for walls, pillows, room accents. I can’t wait to try this outside in the woods!
I do wish it listed the actual Pantone color numbers though.
Can you assign a specific title/name to each palette for looking up later?

Understanding how this works
I am a want to be artist with several photos I've taken of scenes I'd like to paint. I think this app might be really useful in breaking down the many colors within a photo so I'm playing with the app to see how it works. I don't know if this is something I should know so please forgive me for asking but along with each color are numbers and letters.. I'm pretty sure the letters stand for the colors (B-blue G-green etc) but what do the numbers stand for??
Wizard On Acid,
It's great!
Great app to get colors and color pallets from photos. Instead of apps that choose the colors for you (and usually does a poor job of it), this one allows you to choose the colors yourself!

This sounds like a paid review but I promise you it's not. I wish I did get paid for leaving reviews! Just a guy who found this app one day.
Lackawanna Frank,
Color Palette Suggestions Wanted
I want a color palette app to help suggest a pallet of colors based on a selected color from a photo. That would help those of us who are color blind to select paint colors for interior home design. That’s for using this app I need to take photosSelect a color then take another photo and select a color and us choose my own pallet. I would prefer one where I could take a photo select a color then have the app design a pallet of colors to go with the selected color. This app is nice for people who are good at designing their own color palettes but it doesn’t help those of us who need help with color.
ForFredRIP2k17,
Wonderful!
I had never used a color palette app before, but as an artist this has become one of my favorite things! I’ve been using it for at least 2 years now I think. I love being able to make palettes out of my photos and put them on my computer for later.
colleen.1776,
Perfect for artists
I got this hoping to be able to get better color choices and it was exactly what I was looking for. The easy navigation of the app also is a plus. Great job at designing this! I’m definitely recommending this to other artists especially ones that work digital!
Just Do NOT Understand!,
Just can’t get it done
I downloaded this app about an year now and still is not able to understand it. Yes, can me slow and at this point I am beginning to call myself that as well. So tell me how do you remove colors palette that is no longer needed? How do you gather more than one palette sample? There is a lot of questions going through my head right now and I just can’t express them all. I do think this is an unique app and can come in handy once I master the program. Thanks
GrandmaDL,
Deleted because of security concerns
I downloaded this and started to use it by taking a picture of some fabric. I only used it for a few minutes because it seems like once you give this app access to your camera, the camera never turns off while you are using the app. So while you are messing around looking at palettes and RGB numbers, the app is still using your camera. The little green light in the top toolbar never turns off.
