Panthia

I absolutely fell in love with this game but that love is quickly turning into hatred. With the last update the makers of the game made sure that they make lots of money. The energy cost for merging is higher, the rewards you need for crystals and such don’t come often so if you want to merge you have to buy the materials. Even buying extra energy has been hit, it costs gems and the game doesn’t give you enough to do anything with so you have to buy those as well. At $2.99 for 50 gems, that gets really expensive. As much as I love this game, I can’t afford to play it anymore. I hope the makers are happy with all the money they get but it won’t be any of mine.

It’s good but not great.

I’ve been doing playing for awhile now, and it started out really good and fun. Then all of a sudden, the game is changed. I got really far one day and then the next day I went on and I had to restart from the beginning. On top of that, recently, you used to use gold to get more energy. First you pay 350 then it goes up to 500 then goes up to 750, but now you have to pay 15 gems?? Gems you barely get if you don’t purchase anything from the app, and also collecting the cards is easy until you get to the end of the deck on everything and yet EVERY chest (even if I merge them to the gold chest) I don’t get ANY new cards. It’s all been ones I’ve gotten. And another thing, I’ve discovered so many things and then one day (two days after that energy coming thing) I’ve never discovered it in my life, but yet I was STILL in the same island and I had to “rediscover” everything that I’ve already discovered and it still let me through?? There are bugs that need fixing but other than that…. Good game. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. 😊

Panthia

I really enjoyed this game starting out. Then there was a big upgrade and a lot of stuff changed. After that it wasn’t fun anymore. They gave you barely any free area to play in which meant that you had to little merges of just 3 items instead of five. They also made it significantly more expensive energy wise so you had hardly any play time. They give you only 2 avatars to play with, and if those avatars are doing something you are stuck. They give you items that the avatars open and they take 20 mins each. Now they are having you grow these little tiny seeds that you have to harvest, and when they are harvested they take up every inch of space. Then you have to find them all to be able to merge them. Often there is not room on the board so you have to figure out how to make it work. It is not fun for the little bit of play time you get with the energy they give you.

WHAT’S GOING ON????

I really LOVE this game, HOWEVER, there are definitely PROBLEMS, such as (mentioned by other reviews), VERY FRUSTRATING on how you have to merge items separately FROM ALL OVER THE BOARD, there’s got to be a better way!! My 2 main problems, right now are 1) I had been collecting the “bonus lights” (gold & green/ keys for bazaar board) which would pass over the game board & when I went to the bazaar board 50% of the time the BUBBLE that holds the keys would FLOAT OFF THE BOARD & I would LOSE THEM, that SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED?? hopefully for good…… 2) NOW the BONUS LIGHTS USE TO float over the main board QUITE FREQUENTLY at first, it got to be less often, THEN it was like they would only float at certain times & NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED ALTOGETHER!!!! I’m hoping you RESPOND to these reviews, because it’s good to know when you are being acknowledged!! I sure hope these problems can be resolved because the game is a lot of fun to play.

Clunky

There is nothing smooth about trying to move the pieces near each other for merging (which is most of the game - the designing portion is very minimal). If you’ve opened another section of the island, the pieces actually get stuck on the edge when you’re trying to move it to the area where the matching pieces are. Sometimes you can’t get them to merge - they’re like repelling magnets. Other times you’re just simply trying to move them closer together so you can save them to merge 5 - and they snap together! Sometimes I try to pick up the piece and kind of fling it in the general area where I want it to go, but then it crashes into another group and sends them scattering. The merging is so frustrating that I actually find myself not being able to tolerate playing it. The game is nice and I like the story, but please fix the smoothness of gameplay!

4 stars no more chapters to play !

I would of given 5 however I can no longer play because they haven’t come out with any more chapters . An the levels take so long because of the whole energy thing . It is a fun game an I will continue to play if an when they come out with more chapters . If not soon I will delete an move on . Very disappointing that I can’t finish playing .

Needs so much work

This game crashes constantly, the customer support is essentially nonexistent, and you lose very important items when the game crashes. I’m stuck on a level because one of my wonder items disappeared, and the game doesn’t let you make more than one wonder item of each type (I’m essentially done with the level, but am unable to move on). I’ve tried to contact support twice, the first time my support ticket was closed before I was able to reply, and the second one hasn’t even been replied to. I will most likely be deleting this game, and recommend for people to only download it if they enjoy being frustrated by bugs and crashes.

Game ends at Chapter 7😢

I love this game. It is challenging and a game that I want to play all the time. I’m Constantly going in and out of the game throughout the day to play! Sadly I just finished Chapter 7 and that’s it!!! Nothing more. I gave it 3 stars because of the fact that it just ends. Sad😢😢😢
Edit after update
New update says “New Chapters” so I downloaded it immediately. NOPE!!! They added new cards but how do you get them when there are no new chapters. Some with I won a new chest but can’t open it because I can’t get into the chapters! New cards too but you can’t get them because no new chapters. Sheelin Town changed but that is all. No responses from the developer too. Onto another game!

Worst Customer Service

Very addictive game but they only get 1 star because they DON’T FIX THEIR BUGS. I’ve reported the same issue three times using the support in the app, and the first two times they said they would pass the issue on to their development team and then they close the ticket without fixing the issue. Third time I reported the issue they didn’t even respond.

The issue is that every time I try to merge a certain piece it takes me back to the Home Screen, then I have to reload the game, move another piece, back to Home Screen, reload, move piece, back to Home Screen.. very frustrating.

Loved but now absolutely hate

POOR SUPPORT when it comes to issues with the game. The other super downside is that they took away using coins for purchasing energy and expect players to pay ungodly amounts of money just to continue to play the game. Well this is one player that’s not going to give in, however I will stand up for other players and call out the developers for this game. STOP BEING ABOUT THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR AND THINK ANOUT YOUR PLAYERS!!!!!! YOUR GAME WOULDN’T AND WON’T CONTINUE TO BE THE SUCCESS IT HAS BEEN. WITH THAT BEING SAID, THE ADS WON’T EVEN LOAD SO THAT PLAYERS CAN GET THE DAILY BONUS, THE FLOATING BONUS, OR ENERGY BONUS!!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS GAME AND ITS DEVELOPERS A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD, BUT IT WONT LET ME! SO A 1 STAR IT IS.
