Why is this app acting differently?
Are used to love this app but now it shows me my reward points but I can’t do anything with them. It shows me I can go see a birthday movie but it won’t let me do anything with it. How do I get my card number? How do I get it to work? It’ll let me buy tickets with a service charge but it won’t let me get any of my rewards. Help?

Why
I ordered popcorn and drinks with the app when I bought the tickets. When I got to the theater it said to tap to get the order started and skip the line. Then gave me an order number. After waiting for awhile I asked the guy taking tickets about it and he said I needed to get in line and show the purchase and they’d get the food. What’s the point of ordering on the app? Why tell me to skip the line and wait until my order number is called? I missed the first 15 minutes of the movie.

I can’t use any of my reward pts. I can buy tix but just not use the pts. Please fix this.

Sure, the app is free. BUT you are charged a $3.00 processing fee for each points rewards transaction, you can only use your points for tickets; not concessions, and your points have to be used for online purchases only as the theater has no way of letting you use your points to purchase tickets.

Why do you add a booking charge to an already expensive movie?
I’d think it be in the theaters advantage to not only get advanced bookings, but not need the utility of a ticket agent in the process.
If anything, there should be a discount for an easy advanced sale... or just plain and simply leave the price alone.

Tried to sign up but it doesn’t do anything. Try to navigate around the app but it says try again later. Deleted the app...pretty embarrassing.
