You need to buy a lifetime access or subscribe to get access to all features, courses and questions. The cost of the purchase is charged to your iTunes account. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and are billed at the rate and period selected depending on the subscription plan. Users’ accounts are charged for auto-renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Excited to announce that I have passed the CCRN exam! I have practiced 6 wks 8-12 hrs daily. The most difficult parts of the exam for me were memorizing the ventilator settings and pulmonary topics.

I really want it to work
I paid $99 for the lifetime fee. I’ve tried to reach out several times via email. No response. First the APP would not open off WIFI. No response. Then I kept reloading and now I get the same 20 questions for the past two weeks. The random questions are different but that is 40 questions. So in all only 65 questions in the ADULT CCRN for $99?. So. You just responded that you answer all responses if I use the contact us button on your APP. I have tried that several times already. I checked trash, junk and inbox. Nothing from your site. Hey.

Easy to use but hard to trust
App is simple and intuitive to use. It’s responsive and easy to read and answer questions. But the question bank seems small. I’ve gotten the same question twice in a 20 question quiz. Twice now I’ve had the ‘daily question’ be wrong because the task was to interpret an ABG and to differentiate between partially compensated and uncompensated but the question only contained a pH and a CO2. The rationale told me to look at the HCO3 that of course wasn’t listed in the question. Am I meant to calculate the HCO3 from the other two numbers myself? If so, put that in the rationale.

Great app for studying but be careful
Great content, however it seems that for a good deal of questions the wrong answer is marked as correct. For instance in a question about HHS vs DKA I selected the answer saying the difference is that there is no ketogenesis in HHS. It then told me I selected the wrong answer and that the difference was that HHS was due to a “total lack of insulin”. The rationale that then was given at the bottom told me that my answer was right. Seems to happen 1/15 times when I get a wrong answer that I actually had it right, but the app has the wrong answer marked as correct.

Spends over an hour for app to open
I've only had this app 2 days. It has only fully opened once (and yes I have the paid version). It takes so long to load that at first I thought my phone was frozen. Tried using wifi. Tried using cellular data. It doesn't make any difference. I've actually been trying to get the app to open today for the past hour. Still nothing. The one time itdid open, it seemed great. But it would be nice if it actually worked even just a little bit faster. I mean dial up internet wasn't this slow.

Questionable Quality
App is easy to use, but the content is of questionable quality. Many questions are poorly worded, or incomplete. Others are flat out false, so I recommend you spend your money on a higher quality product than to purchase this app. I’ve reported many questions, but they never respond. They just want your money.

Recommend you to try this app!
I used this tool in combination with the CCRN exam handbook. But this app covers 100% of topics, I'm sure you can prepare for CCRN exam only with this tool

I think I got a dud of a subscription
I’m paying money for a subscription to an app that doesn’t work. I get the same three questions every time I open the app, and when I try to do anything else it freezes the app. It’s garbage, I’m cancelling and hope I can request a refund for what I’ve paid.

This is my 1st time taking a CCRN test and found myself requiring more knowledge and skills. This is a good way to gain knowledge and find rationales.
