Do NOT download!!!! Kills battery & poorly written English

I only give it five stars, so that the review gets read. Do not download and install this app. I have had nothing but problems.
This app uses more battery than any of my other apps, including similar book apps. In just minutes it heats up my phone to dangerous levels (no other app. I use heats up my phone.).
The grammar in the story I’ve read is atrocious. English is obviously not the first language of the author, and they obviously do not use a proofreader before publishing a book. There are numerous errors such as using present tense instead of past tense, misspellings that make a sentence unreadable. And each chapter’s mistakes are worse than the previous chapter, to the point where there’s multiple errors in most paragraphs, which makes it just too annoying to read
Here are just a few of the incorrect word uses: bugger/burger, dare/dear, dose/does, tear/their. Now imaging multiple mistakes like those in a 2-3 sentence paragraph. To alloying to continue, even though the story plot was interesting, it’s too annoying to try to read when you have to figure out trying to say because of their mistakes.

Worst experience ever

I downloaded the app through a promotional on Instagram. When I created my account it didn’t recognize that I had already paid $6.99 for access for a week. I reached out to support and got a quick response. However, they told me that I needed to reach out to my bank because it showed that it was still pending status to see about having it be authorized to go through. My bank told me that it wasn’t going to go through for two days and it was the merchant that put that stipulation on there so because I wanted to continue reading I subscribed for $.99 … annnnd I still was not given access. I thought maybe I needed to log out and log back in for it to recognize that I signed up for the subscription. Well when I logged in I chose the option to continue with Apple ID when I tried to log back in utilizing the same option, it said that I couldn’t because it was a duplicate account so instead of logging me in using my Apple ID and attempting to create another account. when I reached out to support about me, not being able to continue reading after subscribing, I was told that it can take up to 24 hours for my coins to load. I didn’t purchase coins I purchase the ability to access the entire app. I then message them back telling them I no longer have the ability to access the app, and I have yet to receive a response. I’ve never had so much trouble being able to access something I’ve already paid for.

I only rated 5 star so my review can be read!
I purchased coins to read my book. Not only did the coins magically disappear a day after they charged my card twice! I emailed the customer service about it and haven’t gotten any response! Also I have been trying to save up the daily reward coins so I can binge read and they keep taking the coins away after like 2 days which is ridiculous! Why offer a daily reward for logging in if you are just going to take them away anyway!

Watching advertisements blacks out at end, no coin reward.

I’ve been trying to get the 6 coin reward that you can receive every 30 minutes. It takes a total of 3-4 times clicking on it before the advertisement plays, then when it’s finished playing it blacks out so I have to restart the app with no coin rewards. This has happen over 50 times within the last 48 hours. It’s very frustrating because I know per each video they’re getting paid advertisement revenue but I’m not benefiting from watching the video. It’s like a waste of time. I don’t think this is a good app, it has wasted so much of my time, and I will not continue to use it once I’m finished reading the book I’m on. I also could not buy coins without buying the monthly subscription, kind of glad that didn’t go through.

I give a 3 star because of the grammatical errors

Y’all should really proofread and edit these books before they’re published. It’s already hard to try to decipher them. And the book “a wolf without a name” it was good until she explain having the feeling of wanting to touch by her twin brother that she didn’t know. Okay, she don’t know that he’s her brother but she quite dumb if she can’t see that they both look similar to each other. Like they both got the same color eyes and hair and face look similar to each other. Like come the freak on. Even a five year old could figure that out. But y’all really need to hire an editor to proofread and edit their books. It’s like ppl who drop out of school with no knowledge of correct English wrote these books.

Huge Problem

I was head over heels for this app until I encountered an issue that I can’t let go. I’ve been reading nonstop for over a week now and already finished a book. I’ve started on another book called Forbidden Heat 18+ and discovered that after using coins to unlock two chapters in a row, the chapters were empty. Nothing was written so I skipped to the chapter after them, only to find that it left off at the missing chapters. This is highly frustrating. I used my coins to read but can’t even read. I haven’t had any other issues besides this but it’s very annoying. I suggest that there be a limit on words that should be in each chapter before you can upload them.

Coins

The only thing I don’t really care for with this app, is that you can only read a few chapters and then either pay for more or wait 8 hours. If anything I think they should lower the wait time for chapters to every 2-4 hours. 8 hours is a bit much. And I think we should be able to get coins at the end of each chapter. Because if not then you hardly get any reading done and have to pay for more. But other than that I am obsessed!!! It’s an overall great app just hopfully they can update it soon so you can get chapters sooner or get coins at the end of your chapters or something so we don’t have to pay and arm and leg to read more than a few chapters.

Barely get to read.

The way the apps works is you get read a couple chapters and then you have to wait 8 hours to read every chapter after that. There are coins you can earn to unlock chapters faster and you need 33 to unlock one chapter. There are daily rewards and videos. BUT the daily rewards only works for 6 days and then you get nothing. The videos only give 1 coin per ad which is ridiculous since you need 33 for one chapter and you can only watch 6 videos in a day. So the only real way to get coins is the daily rewards. It says 7 days but you only get 6 days and then the game just resets the days and stops giving it altogether. That means I just have to wait 8 hours for one chapter which is insane. DO NOT USE IS YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO READ SOMETHING.

I’m pretty sure half the reviews on this app are fake. Considering Ive had to uninstall it and reinstall it four times within the past three days of having the app downloaded. Simply because it’ll get to the main loading screen, complete the loading and just stop. It wont advance past that screen. Then when it does, it’ll constantly keep trying to load the story your reading. Including not giving you any of the daily bonuses which I’ve missed out for 3 days now. And was only able to load the six bonus videos once. So honestly at this point, Im about to say the app isn’t worth it. Yeah the stories are great to read, when you can, but otherwise.. Dont waste your time. 🤷

Not satisfied

When you finish reading one chapter you have to wait for “8hours” to pass. Timer doesn’t work properly so you have to wait longer. That is on purpose because that means that you have to collect or BUY coins to open the next chapter. As it is impossible to collect enough coins for more than 1 chapter, app offers you deals to allow app to track you, gives you offers which doesn’t work and also you may purchase coins :)
Make sure to read the privacy terms and get to know all information app is collecting about you.
Also, it drowns your battery.

Hope they will fix all the bugs (especially bad timers) and also create better options for coin collecting.
