- Bug where the widget would not update immediately after taking a hormone or changing a pill.
- Bug where you were still able to add new pills when Pills were globally disabled.
- Bug where if you kept the name of your pill as "New Pill", it would always prompt you for Unsaved Changes
when editing the details of the pill and delete the pill if you said to discard changes.

We added some unit testing!

We fixed a bug where estrogen button exclamation marks would remain after resetting the estrogen count if they were expired. We fixed another bug where the estrogen tab icon would include the expired pills in the badge count.
We fixed another bug where the user could not set the blank image to a new site. The list goes on!

Oh, and we added some "Done" buttons to some pickers to shut them easier without selection.

Thanks for updating.

Welcome to the new PatchDay! There are many changes that we are excited to share with you.

* There is now a "Site Schedule" feature - a customizable ordering of sites that make re-dosing faster for any unique schedule. Add and re-order sites so PatchDay always knows the best next site to suggest. Or just rename sites to something more interesting than "Right Buttock".
* Pills can be renamed, and their settings are now found by tapping the pill cells in the pill schedules.
* We bring all new estrogen images. Injection site images are no longer massive either.
* And there are more general injection sites with images.
* This new update changes the UI so that navigation occurs on bottom tabs to make room for the new features.
* Estrogen cells are bigger and easier to read.
* The settings view is smaller and loads faster since there are no more pill attributes stored there.
* There was tons of code re-writes and reorganization.

JaiReWiz,
Please add subq sites or allow custom sites
This is amazing because I’m a complete air brain and forget what my last site was always. I’ve been using this for a few months now and it’s great, especially with the auto fill. The only bad thing is... I know I can add a site by typing it in ON the day, but I should TOTALLY be able to add a custom named site that isn’t on the predefined list. Like... you let me type it in the log... just let me type it in the sites tab as well... very odd decision. Preferably tho, just adding subq injection sites. I just switched to subq because it is more effective that IM thigh, and I have a bad back so I can’t twist for glutes. Just more options for more possible injections sites please would make me five star this instantly.
bluehejjtjdhjfkdkkvg,
One thing that I’d like to see updated
I’m trans and I do IM shots in each thigh every 10 days. Sadly, there’s no thigh site option and there is also no number of day currency option. Only daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, etc. I would really like to see this have a more customizable option with the sites, and more accessible to those who have odd shot days that aren’t defined by a certain day a week, but one every x amount of days. Other than that, it looks very easy and efficient to use. Will be looking forward to using this app if these little points are updated if the developer is interested. Thank you for giving a good app to trans people!
Christy1170,
Pill settings
Inormally 5 stars but 3 after the change! have enjoyed this app for a year now but for some reason or another the pill section has started resetting each day. Every morning when my alarm goes off and I go to select "take" on my pills, it says "tap to start". Why? I can't view my last taken anymore because of this. Please return it to the way it was.
sssvvvmmm,
almost perfect
a lot of consideration went into this app and it improves my everyday. love and appreciation to the developer - thank you Jules. i love that it is so simple and functional and I also have a few suggestions:

1. i would love the option to “untake” a pill in case i accidentally hit take instead of cancel. this has happened to me a few times and it’s not a big deal but i’d like to go into edit and delete a taking instance.

2. without a scheduled time for my patches i can’t rely on the app to tell me when to change them otherwise i will end up with gradual creep in the time. I would love for there to be an option to schedule patches for certain times rather than just intervals. (right now if I change my patch an hour late, the next patch will be scheduled an hour late, and that will compound if i’m have a really inconsistent week 🙃)

💖thank you again :)
Allie Sullivan,
Great Idea
I absolutely love the idea behind the app but unfortunately I’m having an issue where whenever I tap on one of the circles to add an injection the three little rectangles that pop up are all black/grey with no next so I don’t know what they say and I have to guess to click on. If this bug was fixed I’d definitely give 5 stars!!

Edit: the developer got in contact with me and was super kind and helpful and helped troubleshoot what the issue was and got it fixed for me. Highly highly recommend!!
gg88888ssss,
Custom time
I wish I could select a custom time to change the patch. For ex, if I take it at 8am it defaults to 8pm two days later. Well, I don’t want to change it at night. It gives me a headache. I would like to be able to put my own time in to change the patch. I’m gonna give it a try bc I keep missing my cut off day but this feature may make it unusable for me.
anjipoop,
Pills need to have customization feature
This is great if you’re on patches. However, I only take progesterone 10 days out of the month so I wish it could customize the pills for that. This is a great app if you’re on HRT post-menopausal but if they added a feature for customize pills, this app would be great for those on a hormone regime for fertility or perimenopause.
kfdavila,
What I was looking for
Great to find an app for exactly what I needed it for, I was having trouble keeping track of exactly when I needed to change patches.
Lfshammu,
Literally exactly what I needed
Was gonna try to get one of the other medicine reminder apps all set up for this, but this is perfect! Thanks for creating this app!!
whynoworky,
It keeps getting the day wrong for patches
Isn’t that like the only thing that this is for like just put a notification on your calendar for those two days and save yourself the confusion
