Joining a video consultation is easier:
- Users now receive a push notification 15 minutes before their video consultation is due to begin. When the user taps the notification, they will be automatically connected to the virtual waiting room.
- Users can now start video consultations directly from the home screen. A ‘Start consultation’ button appears next to the appointment time when a video consultation takes place in the next 15 minutes.
Other improvements include:
- Identification timeout has been changed from when a user leaves the app, to 30 seconds. A user can come back to the app within this timeframe and avoid the requirement to identify with Biometric or PIN ID.
- Improved analytics will help us better understand the causes of some infrequent crashes.

I tillegg har vi oppdatert bestillingsflowet for timebestilling, noe som gjør at du nå har du muligheten til å se hvilke timetyper klinikken har tilgjengeliggjort online. Dette betyr at du kan se forskjell på ulike timetyper som f.eks akuttimer og ulike konsultasjoner når du bestiller.
I tillegg har vi forbedret stabilitet og mindre feilrettinger for at du skal få en enda bedre brukeropplevelse.

We’ve been working hard on a few updates to the app. These updates should make it easier for you to communicate with your clinic and others. We would appreciate a review of the app if you find it useful.
Some of the new changes are:
– To initiate contact with a clinic, tap the green button “Start helsehjelp”. Pick your clinic, type your message and fire away your request.
– We’ve clarified how to use E-Pharmacy. If you already have a prescription from your doctor, you can order the medication and have it delivered straight to your door through the use of E-Pharmacy—just choose “Levering av medisin fra apotek”. If you need a prescription, send that request to your doctor by tapping “Fornyelse av resept fra legen”.
– There is now a notifications section in the profile settings. Use this to activate push notifications so every time you receive an answer in PasientSky you get notified by the app.
– Fixed typical bugs we didn’t like.
