Downloaded for my 4 year old… she played it a few times and loved it. Now the game won’t load. What is the deal?

Easy game that reinforces heathy habits
My 3 year old loves this game! She figured out how to do everything within a day. You basically take your pup through a daily routine - wake up, brush teeth, wash paws, have breakfast, pic and outfit, check the weather. Then you take your pup on a “mission” where your child just drives to a location. It’s SO easy for toddlers to use. After the driving, you get to play fetch with your pup before giving them dinner, a bath and putting them in their pajamas for bedtime. My daughter loves playing this game and it reinforces the routine she’s expected to do herself each day (brush teeth, eat breakfast, bath and pajamas). It’s a really smart game that’s built around what toddlers already understand and she loves that the paw patrol is doing the same things she does. She also loves taking care of the pups through this game. Very well thought out and easy to use.

Ears and finding
So my child is noticing a few problems with this app 1. The ears are upSo the one where the ears are up is really bothering my child like the only one who has is their ears normal is Everest Chase and tracker and Skye like it’s even with Rocky he has one of his ears bent and both of them are up like he’s a werewolf 2. Finding during missions. so this one is about my child having to find items and Ryder should be telling them where to go or maybe every time they turn there should be fish or whatever they’re finding but it’s so weird they spent hours trying to find what turn it is and hate but either way this game is good

Fix it
For this app to not be free, it has WAY too many problem. It keeps crashing, glitching, and making my child re-do what she has already done because of the glitches. Either fix it or refund everyone, because free games don’t even have this many issues.

NO SOUND
This game has the potential to be awesome, but there’s no sound! It makes me mad because I paid for it for my daughter and she doesn’t know what to push because there’s no sound when the characters talk. And the sound on my iPad is on, so I know it’s not the device. I see this is an issue with other people as well. Really frustrating!

The game is good is I think. My 2 year old daughter cries and asks to select rider but he’s not available . Is there anyway to make that available? she would be very happy thank you

GLITCH PLEASE FIX
Love this game it’s absolutely adorable. Though I have a glitch that whenever I take a pup out to drive, it doesn’t give me a mission and I can’t move onto the next step. Please fix this.

Fun!
This Paw Patrol game is all about getting ready for the day, going on Rescue missions that Ryder gives you, and getting ready for bedtime. My daughter, Skye and my son, Chase, loves it.

Awesome game
If your sound isn’t working, make sure your phone isn’t on silent or vibrate. This game is easy and my kids love it!

Super frustrating!
The only good thing about this app is that my son enjoys driving around; other than that there’s no help as to what the mission is. And when they’ve told you what the mission is, if you drive there it doesn’t stop the car. Super frustrated that I paid for an app that doesn’t work.
