Don’t waist your money on Speechify; this app is just as good.
This app helps me read and keep up with my reading. This app may not have Gwyneth Paltrow as a voice, but it does not lag and also you do not have to spend $150 just for a membership. I recommend this app for those who struggle with ADHD or struggle with reading. Don’t waste your money on speechify.

Great app BUT
I cannot for the life of me figure out why it makes my phone so hot and kills the battery. There is no other app, no Matter how graphically intensive, that kills my battery as fast as this app and that’s with the screen off. So, given that it can use my my entire battery in less than two hours it puts a huge limit on my ability to use.
It’s a great app, works perfect just what I was looking for otherwise.

Cheap and easy
I’m currently trying to act more productively than I used to cause I just felt like the May of 2022 was the time for me.I’ve been trying to find read aloud apps that don’t require a ton of money like speechify and this was perfect,cause all you have to do is find a PDF online for free and just transfer it to the app.

For a free app it’s tough to beat
Had a 1200 page doc I wanted to “read” but wanted to be able to listen. For a free ad with out super invasive ads, this is perfect. Voice isn’t terrible to listen to and playback speed control makes a huge difference. 10/10 for me.

Great App
Overall the app is very very good. It is a little tricky to figure out how to get PDFs into a directory were the app can find them. I am using the United States voice Aaron I believe and it is pretty good but not as smooth as I would like. I think one of the US girl voices is a little smoother. Great work!

About time
I downloaded a ton of read aloud apps and all of them was hard to use. And most of them would not turn the page or stop when the app was closed. This dose it all. For free unless I’m getting tricked with a trail. I love it.

Can’t ask for more. It retains the same PDF format while it reads aloud while highlighting each word. Would love to be able to pay for pro to remove ads. Good job by the developer.

Great app
One of the best audiobook and document reading apps. I use others for different document types since most don’t support PDF and if they do usually have file size limits and the like.

Weird Voices
The voices are really creepy…Some of them sing the words which is very odd. The voices sound like those creepy 90’s recordings of voices but like way more eerie. Anyways, it does what it is supposed to do I can’t get mad at it. Definitely not using this app anymore though.
