Description

Peaceful Sleep is a personal alarm based on REM sleep cycles. In relation to the current time, this app displays your ideal wake up times for you to feel rested and begin your day!
A typical sleep cycle is an hour and a half, which consists of five stages of sleep. The first four stages of sleep are non-REM sleep. The last stage is REM sleep. You will feel most rested if you wake up at the end of a full sleep cycle.
The average time it takes to fall asleep is 15 minutes, which Peaceful Sleep takes into account. This does not fit everyone, so you may change this duration and more in the settings menu.
