It's new version time! In this build, I've added rich functionality to both the content blocks on the My Pennant view as well as any system widget you've put on your Home Screen:
Tap on the block or the section you're interested in and the app will open directly to the corresponding division or team detail view. This puts you just a tap away from all the data Pennant has to offer!

Welcome to the biggest update in Pennant history! If you didn’t know, you can shake your device at any point and easily share a screenshot of the view you’re looking at. Love this App!
I’ve been using this app for a day and already really enjoy it. The widgets are clean and beautiful and awesome to get a quick look at how your sports teams are doing. One thing I do hope is added in the future is conference/league standings and playoff picture blocks. For example, I would love to be able to see where my team is in the playoff race for the NL/AL coming down the stretch in baseball or what seed my team is currently in the East/West in basketball. Other than that, this app feels like it has it all!

A great app but needs improvements to be 5 stars.
I have been searching for a sports widget for a while and I decided to give this one a try. A lot of things about this app are great, such as how the widgets look and how you can see your teams record. What this app is missing to really be a great sports app is live scoring or at least a feature that lets you see upcoming games for your favorite teams or league. Seeing a couple of the upcoming games on a widget is something that would be really useful. It would be a great way to capitalize on the situation due to there being nothing out there right now that has live scoring on a widget. If a feature like this is added it will make my payment well worth it. Until then, solid 4 stars.

Beautiful design and quick reference
This app is beautifully designed! I appreciate the quick reference on standings and stats for the different sports. Even if I don’t closely follow one of the sports, I can easily reference this app during conversations and be caught up on what’s going on without reading through tons of material.
The developer has been quick to respond to questions and feedback, which, to me, shows they really care about the quality of the app. I highly recommend!

Bugs bugs bugs
This used to be a really good app and the developer responded immediately to bug reports. It’s become an error filled piece of junk and the developer ignores bug reports.
Case in point, in the NBA Central Division, a team is 2-0, 1.000 win pct, 0 games back. 2 teams are 1-2, .333 win pct, also listed as 0 games back. A 3 rd team is also 1-2, .333 win pct, but that team is 1.0 game back. And the final team in the division is 1-1, .500 win pct, also 1.0 game back. So why can’t the developer do basic math and sorting? This kind of error happens in every sport every season, some get fixed, some don’t.
I can only suggest you use this app as a curiosity, nothing to rely on for accurate information.

Fantastic record-tracking app
I stumbled across Pennant on complete accident during the 2017 season out of frustration from MLB’s official app. In the two years since, I’ve used Pennant on a daily basis during the season. Its design is easy to use, and it displays handy stats you would probably only find elsewhere than Baseball Reference. The new update for iOS 13 takes it a step farther and solidified my love for the app. Well done!

Simple/clean design - gives me the information I care about (standings,record, last few game scores) without bogging me down with stats that I can lookup when I have more time. Thanks team - keep up the good work - love the option to turn off quick stats.

I am loving the app and use it almost daily. It’s updated frequently which I appreciate.
Please add so when I’m in the my pennant view, I can click on one of my “widgets” and get into that info. So I click on my fav team and it takes me to the team screen. I click on NFL standing and it takes me to the nfl screen so I can dive in more. Should all be linked together.

I’ve been a fan and user of this app for a long time. It’s so simple and intuitive to use. I’ve loved the improvements and watching how it’s been expanded over the years. Well worth the money to keep up to date on sports.

Love the Update!
This is a great app and I love the new features. The only thing I’d like to see are the return of the MLB wildcard indicators —they were very helpful. I would also love to see the FBS college football conferences added.
Other than that, a must-have app for any sports fan!

Used to work
Used to work great but it seems like every new season (at least with NFL) that there is a bug where the widget doesn’t update to the newest season standings no matter how many times it’s selected in the options; it always reverting back to 21-22 stats which are now meaningless. Hoping for an update soon to fix this issue and can update my review!
