App requires location… what for?
My location should be completely unnecessary information to a topper that never changes location from a company who hasn’t been around long enough to have propagated their topper to enough homes for me to know anyone else with this topper. It’s ridiculous.
Why would they need my location….
Besides that the app works fine, although they should rethink their ui design and rename this app to perfectly snug or something. Calling the product perfectly snug smart topper is one thing but shortening that to smart topper on the phone and only showing perfectly snug when that app starts is confusing. I’ve got like 500 apps on this phone, don’t want to go digging around for you named it because it’s so different from the marketing name.

Buggy
Has to reconnect every time it’s opened and often fails to do so even when you are laying in the bed. Sliders jump around when you are attempting to adjust them. Requires location which is unnecessary. This is a buggy product and I wish I had not purchased the topper.

Update made it worse
New app update made the topper not connect easily. Have to restart the app multiple times and hope it connects. Was not an issue before.
