This is NOT your typical fitness app. Unlike most fitness apps that design training plans for the masses, the Perform Younger® App was developed for those who are experiencing age-related challenges such as fat gain, back pain, poor posture (nerd neck), muscle loss, busy schedules and other issues that plague most adults. Let’s face it, once we hit the age of 30, getting fit and maintaining it becomes difficult. The Perform Younger® App was designed with one goal in mind...getting you back to looking, feeling and performing younger.

All exercise videos and training plans on the Perform Younger® App are performed and designed by Derek Carter, CSCS. And unlike most personal trainers who get certified on a weekend course, Derek is a Kinesiologist who knows what it takes to achieve fitness goals while being a business owner, father and husband. Complete a questionnaire and Derek will upload the appropriate training plan that best suits your fitness goal(s), workout history, eating preferences, desired workout environment, exercise equipment, strengths and opportunities for improvement.
* Expect to have access to the best exercises, best training plans, best audio cues and best exercise progressions from month to month. If you need personal guidance, chat directly with Derek to get answers and get coached up and/or hire Derek as your personal online trainer from within the Perform Younger® App.

This app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy and flights to help you better achieve your goals.
This app uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if used along with an Apple Watch.
Workout metrics are shared with the trainer to better design your workout schedule.
