It works !
I have tried many apps for personal growth, but this one is truly on another level. While their focus on “personality growth” and epigenetics might sound off putting at first, it actually made a lot of sense once I have researched the scientific basis for it.
Besides, the personality test is bang on, fun to take, and nothing like the pseudo science of the Briggs test. The courses/sessions are my favorite. Full of relatable, real life stories and followed by fun activities to do once a week. And the best part it, it worked for me. I can feel I’m better organised, more motivated and and more willing to work harder towards my dreams!
