Freezes up
The pet doctor is fun, but now it’s freezing up. My granddaughter gets halfway through curing the pet and she can’t finish. Funny thing that it happened right after we checked the price to unlock the other games and decided not to purchase.

Pazu is an amazing kid friendly app brand
I have played many games on pazu and they all have easy to follow directions and great games that hook you in, if I had to pick I favorite game that pazu creates I couldn’t chose! All of them are fun, friendly and amazing!!! I hope that one day they can become so much more than just making apps!

Used to be a 5 but dropped to a 2
For that free version my daughter used to be able to do the cat as many times as she wanted and this was perfect for her. You did an update where she can play whatever one she wants but only has 2-5 minutes to play. This is not even enough time to get through one scenario. I can not justify playing the subscription fee as the app is not educational and she does not use it frequently.

Please fix my $60 purchase!
I wish I could rate this game higher as my Grandchildren have a good time when their able to play. I purchased the $60 subscription for my apple id so they could play on my ipad and another $60 subscription so they could play on their ipad. They played for a while and now it says I need to buy it or restore the subscription with six months remaining on my purchase! Reached out and customer service is useless! I will turn to Apple to help with a refund!

Subscription isn’t working
I subscribed to this for my granddaughter in July of 2021…… so the yearly subscription isn’t due to renew for 4 months yet. She tried to play it today because she hasn’t played it in a while but it won’t allow her any access to the subscription! This is ridiculous because I’ve paid for a year and have only had access 8 months. I do not recommend this app!!! It’s a rip off. I will be canceling my his subscription.

Daily Limit Reached = 👎
My four year old played this for five mins and now her limit has been reached for the day and the game won’t let her play anymore. That’s pretty cruel to do to a child and does not entice me to subscribe to the game. Kids should at least have full access to one of the games without being limited. We understand developers need to make money from their games but this just feels greedy.
