Pharmaca Hack 7.4.1800 + Redeem Codes

I have really appreciated having a meds list handy for myself and family. I love the reminders and alerts and being able to manage everyone's meds from one app. This also allows me to reorder meds wherever I happen to be - nice to not have to be at home with the bottle in hand or at the pharmacy.
However, it crashes on me maybe once every 7 to 9 times I am using it. Recently, a few of my prescriptions have just disappeared. They aren't in hidden meds or anywhere I can find them. Confusing, and I think I'll have to uninstall and reinstall to see if that fixes it. Maybe it should have a sync feature to sync up with store records?

looks old. is pretty clunky. doesn't connect w/ their site or their other rewards site - annoying.
it's pretty primitive, but worth toying with if you use Pharmaca. you can add family members to your account, they send you reminders and confirmations via text and/or email, give your (often incomplete) refill history, and most of the time the thing doesn't crash.
I've found when I send a refill request through to my dr. and they approve it as a "refill", just sitting there - potentially yours, but.... boom.
if your dr. just sends it through and has it filled, no biggie.
if you take sched2 or higher, you can't use the app.

Crashes every time I try to fill a prescription. I submitted this review a long time ago. There have been no updates or responses, and there is no other way to provide feedback on this problem.

What's the point of having an app if the main function doesn't work? PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Would give zero stars if I could.

I contacted mobile support from their website who did respond. He told me they fixed the issue twice, but it still crashes when I try to refill Rx. Last email I received from him was 2 months ago saying he would have the team look into the problem. Still waiting for a fix. Here's an idea: update the app for compatibility with new operating systems.

It is now September 2017, and this issue STILL isn't resolved. Now there's a new guy I email once a month to be told they are still working on it. I mean, seriously? At this point, I should invoice them for my project management time, since they aren't even capable of answering an email in a timely fashion. Anyone think they'll fix it within a year of the first issue report? That will be here in 2 months. I'm not holding my breath...

I always use this app before showing up at the pharmacy. Let’s me know the last time I filled scrips and when they’re due - but, it has stopped working and force closing app and rebooting phone doesn’t help. Takes my login, spins a while, and just comes back with “ok” and then back to the login screen.

You try to refill an Rx and it shows a timeout error and basically says it doesn't know if it went through or not. This is worse than no refill functionality at all because now you have to spend time tracking down whether it is getting refilled or not. Also Pharmaca's refill reminders are TERRIBLE. They text you a reminder about one week after a monthly Rx is filled. If you don't accept it then (way too soon - I don't want to refill a monthly prescription every week!) they won't send send you a text from which you can order a refill when the time *is* right. Just moronic.

But then they 'improved' it. Now you have to go through a huge big deal to recover your account, reset your password and then... Reset it again with a new user name. Pharmaca's tech department was never good, but now it's just pure incompetence. Supposedly you can access your rewards from the app except... Psyche! You can't. You have to log in all over again on their terrible website. If I didn't love the people at the actual store, I would immediately transfer all my prescriptions, because their tech department is wholly unqualified to handle sensitive health data.

Mostly because of this inept app, I have finally decided to leave Pharmica. I like the store, but now that it’s harder to get around and the uselessness of the app, I quit. The app doesn’t tell you how much the prescription costs, even after it’s been filled. Some of my scripts are 30 days, some 90. The app doesn’t tell you how may pills in the script so I have to call to find out the quantity and price. I just called and was placed on hold for 59 min 80 sec, then disconnected. I still don’t know what my prescriptions are going to cost.

I like the app. I think it work well, although I really don't have a lot of past experience to base my opinion upon. I do think the app works well, although I would agree astedicly it doesn't look great or is very sophisticated. (But maybe that's it's strength???)

The prescription function on the Pharmaca app crashes every time I try to place a refill. Every. Time. It did this when I first installed this over a year ago and again when I reinstalled it recently - hoping that the problems had been dealt with. They haven’t. Husband has the same issue.
I’m frustrated and disappointed. Again.

I can’t log in, I can’t request refills. I am going to take my business to another pharmacy if this is not resolved in today. I keep contacting tech support and get no help what so ever. Idk what happened to this company but take my advice and stick to Walgreens or CVS for the next while. They clearly do not care about their customers.
