We also have a "Requested Songs" station where users around the world submit their requests and also a "Recently Added" station.
The Digital interface uses wireless midi. The BEST wireless midi receiver out there for PianoStream is the Yamaha MD-BT01.
The Analog interface works best with WiiM Wifi receiver.
PianoDisc Prodigy has a built in Analog Bluetooth receiver and Bluetooth MIDI receiver therefore it can work with both PianoStream interfaces. You can also use the WiiM with your Prodigy and also a Yamaha MD-BT01 or Xvive Bluetooth Midi receiver.
If you have a Disklavier you will need a MD-BT01 or Xvive receiver. And in many cases a wifi audio receiver such as the WiiM for piano plus vocals. We DO NOT recommend AirPort express. Use it just to easily connect your piano to the internet.

Then you can create playlists or "Stations" in PianoStream to stream your music which only you can see and access.
For $11.99 a month, or a flat fee of $99.99 a year, you'll have full access to all of our content which is constantly growing! All of our music is HIGH quality. Most of it is not quantized or produced by a computer. You'll feel like someone is actually there performing a concert just for you and your family. That's how good we sound! Currently we have about 40+ stations which include almost every genre of music.

We added a super cool search feature! Finally. We've recorded so much music this makes it easier to navigate through all of it. Enjoy! We also added an additional category to the app which we called "Unofficial PianoStream." This simply means that when we have users submit their own music or we find public domain music that we're not sure how to organize we can add it here to keep it separate from our main library but still accessible.

The best player piano streaming music app EVER
At first I did the monthly subscription but I was blown away within the first few minutes and knew I would go with the yearly subscription. This is so much better than having to pay for an “album” that may only have 2 or 3 songs that I like. The PianoStream app is pure 👂🍬for your piano (and you). The app works flawlessly every time. Customer support is excellent. There are hundreds of great songs in every genre and more are added frequently. These are popular songs, not your run of the mill. The app is upgraded frequently with awesome improvements that seem to never end thanks to Richie Hayes’ tireless efforts. He is to be applauded for the creation of this wonderful app and all that goes with it. Thanks to all those behind the scenes too. MauColi’s piano playing is awesome

Great Customer Service
It’s Christmas Eve and I can’t get PianoStream to play my QRS enabled baby grand piano. So I cross my fingers and send Richie at PianoStream customer support a message asking him what to do. Immediately, and I mean within less than 2 minutes, he sends me back one suggestion and then moments later, several links to several videos one of which has the perfect answer. Presto, I am ready for the party tonight with Christmas music from PianoStream artists virtually sitting at our piano. Quite honestly, without the PianoStream library we would not enjoy our QRS system even a tenth as much as we do. Thanks for saving Christmas Richie!

A player piano must have
Discovered this app last Friday and decided to subscribe to the service for a week. Thought I’d try it out over the weekend on my PD Prodigy equipped Schimmel. Well, it’s Monday and I just cancelled my weekly subscription to sign up for the yearly plan. To put it simply, PIANOSTREAM is clearly the best app to fully enjoy your player piano. For those of us who use the PianoDisc app, I’m sure you’ve experienced the numerous glitches found in the program. No worries with the PIANOSTREAM. It works seamlessly with the Prodigy, is not impacted by the PD app nor does it affect the use of the PD app. The music is high quality, comparable to the “Artist Series “ from the PD Music Store. Beautifully streams via Yamaha Disklavier
This app brings out the beautiful sound from my Yamaha Disklavier M4. I used to rely on Yamaha’s Pianosoft music, purchasing songs and albums which was time consuming and needlessly expensive. With Pianostream I can stream music from different stations and genres. I can also save and stream my own midi files. It is an excellent way to connect wirelessly to my piano. With my Pianostream BT/midi connection, I use other programs for online piano lessons. Pianostream continues to improve its BT connectivity and functionality while also providing excellent support through the Pianostream FB site. I enjoy my grand piano more than ever.

Alsmost perfect
This app did exactly what I wanted in a player piano controller. It supports direct midi connections, but the interface really doesn’t mention anything other than network or bluetooth so you have to fiddle with the settings to get the direct USB midi to work. Also it does not support landscape mode. These are my two biggest gripes and it would have gotten 5 stars if it weren’t for this. Landscape mode is a must if you are using an iPad with a wired connections, as you won’t be able to stand the iPad on the music stand in portrait mode with a usb adapter hanging off the bottom. Please add this, as I also believe that Apple is making landscape iPad compatibility a requirement for future apps anyways.

Best piano player service out there
I’ve had a player piano for 20 years. I have both QRS and Pianodisc installed on my baby grand and I’m really impressed with what Pianostream can do. I find myself using PS more than QRS or PD. It sounds spectacular and there is always new content which is where the others are lacking. You can even make requests and the communication with the PS team is second to none Richie (on the official PS Facebook group) is very responsive and you can tell he loves what he does and is a pleasure to talk to. Well done I’m a customer for life!

Makes Player Piano much more user friendly
The library of music to stream to my PianoDisk 228 system is huge and varied. The Western Saloon Channel is a favorite of mine. The App support is the best I have ever encountered, Fast, Comprehensive and thorough. I was able to install the recommended hardware to allow the piano players computer to interface with my iPads and iPhone via a Bluetooth receiver. It works great. My piano sat around for a couple of years after my daughter went to college. PIANOSTREAM now lets me play the piano and have a Karaoke experience reading lyrics from another device. Lots of fun, Thanks Richie!

Great app!!
This is a fantastic app. I initially bought a week for $1.99, but then after experiencing it for a week I upgraded to the annual subscription. This app just makes so much more sense than buying from the PianoDisc store where you have to pay over $35 to buy a whole album, even if you really only want one song. The PIANOSTREAM facebook page is also very helpful, and the app developer will answer your questions and take any suggestions or recommendations you may have. PIANOSTREAM has a great song library. They are also frequently adding new songs.

This app is freaking amazing! Can’t say enough good things. The selection of music is awesome, more than one would ever need and the versions of the songs played by MauColi make my piano the centerpiece of my house. Songs are awesome! It would have cost thousands to upgrade my PDS128 plus. Now I can Bluetooth music from my phone and can play whatever I want whenever I want. Oh BTW if you want to listen to music in the car or at the office this is your app that works like Pandora for music on the piano! Can’t say enough good things!
