Pleeeeeease fix the bugs
I have used pic-time for years now and I love them but this app has to be the worst I’ve used. I’ll just get locked into different screens I have no way of getting out of. There is no forward and back button. The interface is odd and it just is all sorts of buggy. I would love to have a good app to use for you guys because I often need to access my account on my phone.

LOVE PicTime, HATE the app
PicTime itself is AMAZING and I am a big fan. However, the app crashes every single time I use it. It’s always just a matter of when/howling before it sill crash.
The app also doesn’t always download pictures after you wait forever for it to download and then think it has. Only to see NOPE all the work you have been downloading the past 30 mins. Is no where to be found.
This app could be really awesome for on the go, quick downloading/picture sharing, but there’s no way I can depend on it at this point. I would love to be able to hop on download a few pictures and be done, or hope on and show my clients their galleries quickly, or flip through them myself with out knowing it will inevitably crash. Looking forward to these fixes. Thanks!

Please fix it
I’ve been a customer for years and I LOVE Pic-Time but I LOATHE the app. Please, please, please update and enhance it.
My app with work for awhile then when I click on it moments later it freezes at a blank white screen. I’m constantly having to either restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to function.
I will be glad when I can one day come back and write a better review. Of the app.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Seriously, how can the web version be great but on the phone/app version of pic-time is completely NOT USABLE!!!
I pay for the yearly subscription and I’m furious how horrible this app is. Please make this better!! Make it be able to upload photographs and videos directly from phone to app. Make it even usable for the very basics!!! Nothing works.
I’m very disappointed... I wish I could get a refund and use a completely different interface when working with clients.

Search Bar
App needs to be fully adeptes for mobile. It seems to be a watered down of the website. Can we please get more functionality such as a search bar to easily find galleries, enable copying link when sharing instead of only sharing through outher apps, etc. Also navigation within the app. Seem like when I get into a certain module it's hard to go back unless I close and reopen the app.

Grateful for an app but has serious issues
As a long time pic time user I’m grateful to have an app. But honestly the issues within the app make it almost not worth it. Soooo many things within the app make it not user friendly. And that’s IFFF you can even get the app to launch.
Really hoping some fixes come soon cause it’s getting harder and harder to use it

Convenient but….
I want to love the app based on convenience since so many of my clients utilize their iPhones but there’s a lot to be desired. No way to send gallery links easily. Can’t search galleries. App constantly crashes and is not dependable. I hope the tech team takes these reviews into account and gives us photographers a better system.

App is terrible
Pic-time doesn’t offer a mobile view of the website so I figured I’d give the app a shot. I was shocked to sign in and click the menu to see a page that reads “Our photographer interface was designed to be viewed on a Desktop screen, and is not quite mobile-friendly. However, Client Galleries are fully compatible with mobile devices.” There’s practically zero point to install this app.

Great when it works, annoying because it doesn’t work often
This app could be so much better. The mobile component of Pic-Time’s website proves that. If they would fix all the bugs and make the app more powerful, I would happily amend this review. But for the time being, a 2 star review is somewhat generous.

Unnavigable and frustrating
This app needs all the work. I like the desktop version just fine so far, but this mobile app is about the work I’ve seen. I haven’t been able to make any setting changes. The app can’t decide if you should read it landscape or portrait- even though there is a pop up that says the site was created to be landscape.
