Amaraas Norman,
Loving it so far & motivates me to be more productive
I was looking for a to do list app that I could use across multiple devices. Researching a few different tech sites lead me to Pill Reminder . I immediately bought Premium seeing there is a 30-day refund guarantee. After using a week, the app has accomplished the bare minimum I was looking for - a to-do list across devices, and then-some. It has just enough organization features (scheduling, notifications, labels) but not overwhelming. Plus their gamification feature "Karma" which gives points for completing tasks is making me more motivated to keep better track of all my tasks in Pill Reminder and helps make me stay proactive in being productive.
Shenell Crocker86,
Me of the best todo lists I've ever used!
I've been looking around for a way to capture all my todo items for personal, work, and events that i coordinate. I've tried a number of things from pen and paper to Evernote to other apps. Non of which met my needs:
- ability to group, tag, categorize tasks
- easy to use
- easy sync form phone to pc to Mac
- quick to add in a task

The inbox feature is brilliant! Key board short cuts all me to easily add tasks to the inbox. Throughout the day I check the inbox, just like I would check my mail, review the items and either complete the task or prioritize and file it under certain project.

The ability to tag tasks, place them into project buckets, and create different search filters , Makes it easy to organize all the tasks.

I feel so much more productive. After using the free version for a couple days, I decided to buy a one-year subscription. Awesome product!

The Final Winner
I've used so many apps in the pursuit of organization and task management that by now it's an absurd obsession. Pill Reminder wins, finally. I've used it for 5 months now while none of the others lasted more than a few weeks. It's strengths are:
-Simplicity of task entry and edits, especially it's fantastic repeat reminders which use real language to input
-Cross platform
-Gorgeous design
-Many organization labels and options (tags, projects, and priorities)
-Reminders options (notification, email, sms)

The only thing I wish was that you could have multiple folders or "lists of lists" so that I could also keep my home reminders in the same app more easily. This is not a big deal at all, and I recognize that you have to balance features with ease of use. This is, in my vast experience, the best software for to do lists that exists today.

Simple, clean, useful
Obsessed with this app. I've tried many todo list apps in the past and gave up ever finding a todo app that I would use consistently until now!! It's very simple to use with a clean design. I love that it connects to my gmail acct, so this syncs to all the Pill Reminder apps on my devices and online. The extra karma pts you get from completing your tasks makes it more encouraging to get things done too. Great app, highly recommended.

My favorite ToDo app, and I've tried most of them
Can't explain it, but it just feels helpful, well-designed, and unobtrusive. I like using it, which is the best thing you can say for an app. The nicer the design, the more likely I am to actually log a todo. Other apps may have more functionality (sub-tasks, etc) but if you don't want to use the app then what's the point. Todo looks and works great across phone, ipad, and desktop.
Gala33IMlodian,
Great app
I've been using for a month now and I can sense that I'll be using long into the future. Very easy to use, intuitive interface. Mostly I use the Outlook plug-in during the work day, then in the evening or weekend when I'm not at my computer, but I think of something I want to remember for later, it's easy to add it in the app. Much easier to keep organized than anything else I've tried.

The best yet
Pill Reminder is really the best To Do app I have seen yet. It allows you to reorder tasks, which very few allow and allows for bulk edits, which I think only RememberTheMilk and Producteev have.

Really like all the features and the browser and ios versions are really close.

This is the best I have seen. Well done!
FireStorm12nsxg,
Top notch to do list!
Kudos to the team who built it! From managing projects to sharing and commenting, adding files! Simply brilliant. And you can also get it in desktop which makes it the best app out ther! You will never miss your to do work if used wisely!
Signy Morrisong,
The best task list app
I've tried a variety (including RTM and Wunderlist) and this one fits the bill, especially since there are sub tasks and offline support. Recommended if you need a system to capture everything in life.
Akjh88_arrior,
The best available
I've tried nearly all of the options and find that Pill Reminder suits my needs the best. Have used it now for several years. The staff is responsive and earnest, and the app is synced to everything.
