Description

Do you take a lot of pills and find it hard to keep track of them all? Or, do you want to know how many pills you have left of a given kind when you go shopping so you can fill up your prescription? Or, are you the forgetful kind that doesn't remember whether you took your pills today? If you said "Yes" to one (or more) of the above, then PillMinder is for you!

PillMinder allows you to easily track when you take a pill - simply tap the handy status indicator button next to each pill and it's recorded. The status indicator also shows you when you're due to take any of your pills by changing the button from a red x (indicating that it's too early) to a green check mark. What's more, the application keeps track of when you took a given pill and what your dosage was at that time. So you can always use the "History" button to go back and check what your dosage was over time and when your dosage changed.

But that's not all. PillMinder also lets you keep track of how many pills you have and deducts from the inventory based on your dosage when you take a pill. So, the application will always have an updated count of how many pills you have left and you can see this information, as well as how many days you have pills left for, on the main screen. Basically, you can see all of your medication related information on one screen!

If you take more than one dose of a given pill for a given day, PillMinder can handle that too. Are your pill dosages not whole numbers? Not a problem! PillMinder will deal with that easily. PillMinder will also remind you when you need to take your pills next. And you can keep photos of your pill bottles and pills for each individual pill.

If you are not sure how to use PillMinder, there's also a handy visual guide which is included in the app itself. Simply use the action button on the top right corner of the main screen to access the built-in help. If that isn't helpful enough, feel free to contact us via the built-in Feedback which is also available via the action button.

Note: The basic version of the app is fully functional but is ad-supported. So the app will display an ad banner at the bottom of each screen. If you don't want to see the ads, you can upgrade to the Pro version, which removes the ad banners.

If you like PillMinder, please take the time to give us a nice review: it really helps.

Pink Maiden,
Used to be good! - New Updates Added Advertisements!
I have had this app for years and really liked it. It did its job and was easy to use, until the most recent updates. Within the last few updates the font was reduced to a small font that is not easy to see. Lets face it, most likely if you are tracking numerous meds you are an elder and don't want to reach for your glasses every time you need to take a pill. Also, biggest complaint, they have added advertisements! I paid for this app and don't think its right to add ads! I don't like things flashing at me while I'm trying to use an app, guess the greed took over RookSoft. Looks like its time for me to move on, I will try Pillbox I have heard others talk about! Would not even give it 1 star with the new updates, but you can't rate without adding at least one.
Finzleft,
Waste of time!!
I downloaded pillminder and pill box to see which worked better. Pill box brought up lists of medicine when I started typing. This one doesn't. Then this demo version only let's you enter ONE medicine???? Why bother? My trial ends there. Pillminder gets deleted and a poor review, and I'll use Pill Box. Sorry guys, but there are too many apps for anyone to waste time with a useless piece of software.
catoniphone,
Pill tracker
This is the pill app I have been looking for. I have bought several and none of them worked well. All I wanted was to be able to look and see when I took my last pill. I don't need reminding, my chronic pain does an excellent job of reminding me I need a pill. Also, I can track anything else too. Like BM. Gross maybe but I will never get Stuck Up again by going 3 or 4 days without "movement". Thanks for the app!
MzFeli,
Just what I needed
This app is simple, easy to use and just what I was looking for to help me keep track of my meds. I tried the free version first and quickly realized that I didn't need to look any further; this app is worth the money. I would give it 5 stars if they would allow you to change the background and colors. Also, it needs to have the option of e-mailing and/or backing up your meds list. Maybe with the next update??
Buzzwang,
Poorly written
Pill reminders don't work. No way to set a date/time that pills should be taken. Been using it just a couple days and already missed taking two different meds because it didn't remind me.
WantStuff2Work,
ALL I want
Is a simple program that I can load the number of pills on the bottle, then have deduct from that quantity with time and date when I did so. I also want an 'as needed', not time.

I thought this might be a winner, but...

I'm also not thrilled about the one pill limit, at least make it three so I can play before spending $$ over my free apps.
DaveMayhew,
No Customer Service
Nice idea but lacks some key features. Latest update treated paid version like demo version limiting the number of Meds.

I've sent multiple inquires and gotten NO response at all. I'm currently exploring other options.
sleepless in school,
Wow
It made me buy a second pill for two dollars and the reminders i bought it for didnt even work! Waste of my money and time, callendar app will do th job and actually tell me when its time to take one of my pills
BCamm,
CRAPPOLA!!!
When the trail only lets you add ONE item (for testing I assume) then you wonder what these developers are thinking. At least let us add 5 or so
Anyways that's enough for me. 0 stars and delete it!
Fattroutlounge,
Scam
This isn't free. Who needs to keep track of one pill. Total joke. As one reviewer suggested, it probably makes more sense to just enter something into your calendar / diary.
