Good fun. Very addictive. BUT it still has glitches. Example: the Kalispell destination does let u land... U just keep descending into negative altitude and fly into oblivion or crash. Also, the altimeter is illegible; would be nice to be able to read the altitude. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THESE FOLKS. WHY DON'T THEY FIX THE PROBLEMS? -- and more: instead of having to scroll through all the locked planes, how about showing my unlocked planes on the first screen. Also, why not show the price of each plane on its icon so we don't have to click on all the icons to see the prices?

The variety of aircraft and their relative performance is very good once you get the hang of the control sensitivity. I think it even provides enough positive transfer to be useful in refreshing some piloting skills (e.g. point to point navigation using TACAN or VOR/DME.) I do wish the altimeter, and airspeed indicator was more representative and a VVI would be nice for better practicing instrument skills (in the weather, with winds!) well enough to feel more proficient afterwards. The aerobatics possible with the fighters is kloogy but fun. It’s cool landing on the carrier with some of the slower aircraft including the Harrier! I wish you had enabled the hook function on the F/A-18, and the F-,15, and F-16 too for that matter. For a game it exceeds my expectations.

I’m revising my old 3-star review. Even back then, developer greed was front & center with the use of micro-transactions to purchase new planes. Now it looks like they’ve added the ability to purchase planes using in-game coins (in addition to the ability to use real money) but the planes still cost a crazy amount of coins. C’mon dev, they’re VIRTUAL planes, for crying out loud. We’re given two crappy planes to start. And some of the best ones can be unlocked by what looks like having to create an account with this company. That’s so they can sell your info to rip us off more. No thanks. I’d like to make a comment on the new gameplay after the big update, but it crashes EVERY time I tap Play. Garbage.

I like the fact that this feels somewhat realistic and all that, but the problems are mostly with the controls. They’re a little ugly, and the physics aren’t very accurate. Also, this GPS is not very easy to navigate with, since it points you to the middle of the runway. The problem with this is that you don’t know what direction the runway is pointing, until you actually see it, so sometimes you have to go around a second time, which is a pain. But the game is super addictive, since you get coins for flights, and those coins allow you to get super cool planes.

Overall, it’s not hard. And I love the gear down and flaps and brake buttons. And nice aircrafts. More or Less. But I would like it if there was a on screen radar. Anyway, when I landed, I went through the ground and I couldn’t get back up. I just was wondering if anyone else had this problem or if it was just me. And if it is some glitch, I just hope that it gets fixed up or i don’t think that I will play it anymore but otherwise, the game is great and I really think you should play it. Pilot!

Before pilot was upgraded, it was hard to control, but the 3D upgrade is awesome! And I love that you can buy all the planes with coins earned on the game, and you don't have to use real money. And there are so many more planes! My only problem is the game gets boring because the plane travels so slow. It takes me at least five minutes doing nothing before I have to land the plane. The app could really use a x2 speed button to speed up the wait. But overall the upgrade is great.

This is probably my favorite Quantum 3D flight simulator. I like how you can control the flaps and landing gear. I also love how you can unlock all of the planes with coins. I would just like some improvements. The buildings and some areas in the land and water have no hit detection. More camera views would be nice. The altimeter could use numbers and maybe we could have a map. Otherwise, this is a fun and addicting game. Just needs some improvements.

Lemme tell you about PILOT! This game, once you get used to the controls, is kloogy BUT the ads are an obstacle to Obed enjoyment of PILOT!
It really depends on the kind of person you are, yes YOU. Do you like a game with simplicity, charm, straightforwardness, and simplicity? This is just one of those games that throws you in for a good time. Do you lie planes? You might like PILOT!
If you dislike 2005 google earth graphics, or watching ads, or initiation by fire style game play, this might not be the game for you.

This game used to be so good before the major update. With the update I lost all my progress that I had made over many years. I had most of the planes unlocked but then I open up the app and it’s gone. Sometimes you will get closed out of the app if you try to play. Also the new controls are very bad. Steering is what I have a problem with, when you try to steer the plane just drifts around in circles making it impossible to fly. Any time I try to unlock a new plane it won’t load into the game and the steering problem gets so much worse. This game is not playable anymore

This went from being my favorite game, to a game I’m not even going to play at all, with the last update. There is no longer an option menu that allows you to change any settings, I cannot stand using a joystick to navigate, I like using the tilt option. I had the planes ALL unlocked and now they are all locked again, I am really hoping you don’t change any of your other’s to function like this. I am going to keep it for another month to see if this gets fixed, if it doesn’t I’m gonna delete it!!!!! This is absolutely horrible!!!!!
