Very useful to clock in and out . I like how it has all you need to know . Time sheet , requests for time off , your schedule and ext. However it doesn’t work half the time . Takes forever to load . By the time I’m clocking in for work or my breaks I’m late . That is the only real issue and it’s a big one. It has nothing to do with wifi or connection . Im not sure why it does this and I'm not the only one with this issue . If that can be fixed this app would be 5 starts !

Absolute worst app I have ever used. Never loads, and when it does, it won’t let you do anything else without having to “refresh”. Especially seeing as this is something that employees have to use daily. App will NOT load unless connected to wifi, and even then will not load if I’m not in an EXACT location in the store. Constantly tells me to contact an admin. Have been TRYING to use it for a month and have not been able to, I’ve not been able to clock myself in or access my discounts via my phone either on the app itself or the PFJ today website. I have iPhone 7 and my iOS updates are current. I shouldn’t have these problems.

I am upset that I can’t give this less stars. It does not deserve half a star let alone one full star. This app never loads. It tells me to switch to a faster Netwerk, but I am on a 5G Netwerk and I have full bars. The layout of this app is horrible and there is too much information trying to be packed into one app. Why not just create an app for employees to get their meals and create a forum to put out all the worthless information that is in this app that no one actually reads. Today it wouldn’t load because it said my network was too slow, but I was actively streaming videos on Facebook and I closed. Each this app, and the app wouldn’t work.

The original setup was better if u wanna do a solid update then go back to the old one or come up with something equivalent but better

Stuck in a revolving loop which I’ve wasted 30 minutes on duty so far. iphone password, screen goes white and then 15 seconds later says app not fully loaded-contact admin. I’ve changed password like they want me to do so that ain’t it. iOS 14 is impossible to fully delete the app and reinstall it. Something to do with June 1? Someone please comment with a viable fix in how to uninstall/reinstall on Apple. Possibly could do with the 2.6 earthquake today in the region but not 100% sure. Help as I can’t get into payroll either.

Not sure why my app all of a sudden won’t let me clock in or out. Says permission to access your location has been denied to check your browser settings to ensure location services permissions are set to true for this site . I have turned location on and off I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app I’m not sure why it’s no longer letting me clock in and out it’s very inconvenient to use another way other than this at my fingertips please help

Why can I not get notifications for schedule changes? I swear I looked in the settings on the app and couldn't find one for scheduling notifications. One of the worst parts of the app in my opinion. Like I feel like that's a no-brainer?

I love having access to all my work related stuff at my finger tips . However the last few days my app will not work. It either tells me the page is expired or needs to be reset . I have deleted the app, and reinstalled and still won’t work

This app requires your screen to be locked to use it. When you open the app, it requires your password that you use to unlock your screen. This’s a breach of privacy. Employees use this app to get meal discounts. Without the app employees have to pay for their meals in full. Screw it!

Super cool idea. BUT. Not every iPhone user wants to set up a passcode or a Face ID. That’s a little ridiculous. I should be able to clock in and out without that feature. It’s ridiculous that your third party app is requiring security features for use that iPhone doesn’t require for me to use the phone. Seriously not cool.
