About 6 weeks, I hit an all time high in weight and body fat percentage. I was eating out everyday, not working out and was definitely in a bad slump. I got back into the gym and ran into a friend that was doing bodybuilding shows. I asked her who her coach was and she referred me to Mike. I got in contact with him, downloaded his app and saw all the different options he offered to all his clients. I signed up for Plan #2, which covers daily workouts/daily meal plans/ and also he answers any questions or concerns that you have. Im just starting week 5, and I feel so much better at the place I’m at now. I was so insecure about my body but even within these 5 weeks, my body did a 180. The app is so easy to use too which makes everything run smoothly. There’s different meal options for each day, all the supplements to take and a step by step tutorial for each workout (weights/cardio). Im excited to see how the next few months go. I have to keep telling myself that this will not happen overnight, you HAVE to trust the process! I plan on doing my first show later on this year and I know Mike is gunna be the guy to get me on the right track in order for me to win! First time fitness app
I’m 42 years old I’ve been working out since I was about 12 in gyms and all through high school and college for sports and overall fitness. Since then I’ve had a pretty similar weight routine for the past 15 years and it getting really old. My body was used to it and I figured I’d try an app just to learn a few new things then cancel. I was shocked when I started the app. All my meals were planned, my water intake, weights and cardio. It made my workouts more efficient and I could see the change in my body within a couple weeks. I feel stronger all around but more importantly I feel like my body Is more flexible, stable and strong. I will keep up with this app for as far in the future as I can see. It really made working out fun again and much easier to understand diet options. Five stars

Love this app! Easy to use and makes tracking and accountability easy for both client and coach
I trained with Mike using the old school way of checking in (via email) and now this way and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Very user friendly and efficient app that helps with being up to date on training and dieting for you and your coach. Makes check-ins easy and hassle free. It’s an all-in-one-stop-shop where you can show your coach what you’re eating, how often you’re training, when you’re training, and able to easily communicate with coach using the messaging feature. The app also shows you how to do the workouts which is such an added bonus feature on top of everything it provides.

Game changer
I was introduced to this app by a friend who talked about her success. I consider myself pretty healthy, but as I aged, I noticed my metabolism slowing down.

I signed up and have worked with Mike for a month now. Of course, you want immediate results when you change your lifestyle by eating clean and denying yourself Candy, pizza, and all the other unhealthy foods. Not to mention not eating in portions. When you feel like you’re sacrificing all the good eating, you have to sit back and relax. Microwave results don’t happen When you’ve lost yourself eating any and everything you feel like eating.

After a month of my healthy lifestyle, my mood has changed. Additionally, I'm wearing my clothes. My clothes aren’t wearing me. I’d instead be covered in sweat at the gym instead of being covered in clothes at the beach. I’m pleased with my results thus far and can’t wait to reach my desired goal.

Competitors, lifestyle, and people who just want to make a change you found it! Coach Mike left no stone unturned when creating this app. From the training to the nutrition is laid out in a manor that’s fail proof. Coach Mike tailors a program that’s right for you, not everyone. He’s very hands on and answers all questions. The only way to fail, and not get the results you desire, is if you don’t trust the the process. I’m 4 weeks in and have seen results already. But we’re just getting started!!!!!

Was a little hesitant not knowing what to expect with starting off coaching this way.. but holy cow, I’m impressed. Like really impressed. This is only week 1 and every part of my body is sore with how challenging these workouts have been. This app is probably one of the best I’ve seen. So far , I’m extremely satisfied with the way Mike has set my meal plan and workouts.. and how professional and proficient he is in getting back to me for any questions I may have. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Everything I need in one app! I used to carry a logbook every time I went to the gym and wrote everything down by hand. Not anymore with this app. I can track everything down from reps and weight to my water intake, meal plan, and even counts your steps! Not to mention the workouts are on a whole other level!
