Good game, bad tech supp
Game is fun. Different ways to advance through the story and build on your chars. The reason for the 3 stars is the bad tech support. To report a glitch, you have to copy an email then go out of the app to apply the email to send a message. It’s super inconvenient to report glitches that only helps them improve the system for this game or future games they develop. So far the glitch I’ve encountered is the ONE time I get a phone call during a round, the sound goes mute… fine, but when the call ends, the game is now permanently mute! I’ve adjusted the sound and everything in the settings and it still has no sound. For a mobile game, not accounting for phone calls for interruptions and ensuring regular spec restoration, is pretty bad planning…

Server issues
Games alright, it’s great if you like scrolling shooters but I can’t seem to play all that often. Either I have “server issues” or the “server is full” really? On a mobile game? It’s a shame, this game could go a lot further but that’s the current plague of issues.

Absolutely love it but…..
The game is amazing cute and fun, I’m addicted to it, but I have so many errors and problems I summoned 10 gold keeps and it lagged and it used them but didn’t give the rewards, now I’m having trouble just playing the game saying
Servers are down or servers are full, witch I understand but the same problem for 5 days, it went from daily play to not even be able to play I hope they fix this bug before I lose interest all together.

Pretty sure I did this once
Wrote a review about how I spent 5$ in the game and almost immediately afterwards the game was having code errors and I feel like I wasted my 5$. Buggy game
