My camera stopped charging after the second week and lists no warranty. The app was great when it worked. Unfortunately when you click the camera feed it blacks out and says no internet although it shows it’s connected to the internet.. there is no way to view live feed unles you have two cameras and choose the option to view multiple cameras in landscape view.. whenever you want to view an individual camera from the main screen it says no internet. Also it continuously says it gets disconnected. It has basic features like motion detection. Loop recording . Cloud features ,use be paid for. It’s a clear view when displaying camera… no special features I can think of but when it works the feature to scroll through the hours of the day to see blocked hours or minutes where detection had begun or stopped recording. Unfortunately my cameras bought for it just stopped working a week or so and no warrarnty listed on box so because I only have 1 of the 2 cameras working I cannot view the, at all. Because you can’t do landscape with 1 camera and clicking the individual camera loads the next screen black says no internet.. although it’s connected to internet. Landscape view for multiple cameras was the only way to view what’s going on live. Unfortunately everything is useless now and put money I spent for two cams etc.

That app is very bare in features and some other features are not 100% functional. I have other cameras with different apps that are less clunky in interface. I really just want to be able for the app to archive motion events while not using there cloud service. I bought a 128gb sc card. At least let it time stamp and save motion events.

My device worked fine. No problems with it when I first bought the item. The app doesn’t have much on the iPad version so keep your phone nearby if you need to get into the settings. Cloud service is too pricey for me at the moment but the motion notifications works fine for now. So it worked fine until their latest app update which prevent my device to connect to WiFi. They swapped it out for a new one and I’m back to loving it again. The person section is great, although I feel that someone’s gonna get paranoid and angry when the camera follows them walking past my home...

The picture and color quality of the camera are great. There is a wide view range and you can adjust the camera remotely which is a nice feature. Highly disappointed that it won’t save video notifications on the app. They want you to pay a subscription in order to view messages when the camera picks up on movement. Many others are doing away with this. Not happy at all that I can’t see saved notifications unless I pay.

This camera is always losing connection to the internet (for no apparent reason, we have good WiFi) and there is virtually no instruction for what to do when that happens. This is the third time it’s happened and I have been trying to reconnect my device for 45 minutes. Again, there should be no reasons for this my WiFi is solid and the device is literally right next to the router. This whole thing is garbage.

It’s functional and I do like some of the straightforward features.

Is there any way to adjust the auto-light sensor? My camera is supposed to light up when the sensor goes off, but there aren’t any app settings to adjust this.

I am able to setup the setting on my iPhone 7 but when I try to access them on my iPad nothing shows up on the screen. Also, I could find any held for saving to SD card or playing back from card rather than the cloud.

I am having the same problem. Can not download the app needed to use the bulb. Please correct the problem or I want my money back immediately.

So while the live streaming is nice, I am unable to set up my motion detection area because I can’t see what the camera is seeing while I’m highlighting my detection area... I get a picture of a couch... and that’s it. Also, one of cameras keeps disconnecting, even after I replaced it. Checked the power and it’s 12v, so it’s no power loss...

More than likely getting rid of this garbage and going with Hikvision!

.....and the cameras aren’t any better. They are constantly going offline which does absolutely no good when your not home as you can only troubleshoot & fix the issues at home. Therefore, no good for while on vacation. Since the latest update, the app is now sending duplicate motion detection notifications,...from each camera. Worthless app & camera. Very disappointing.
