Confusing Subscriptions
In the app store there are 3 options for weekly, 2 for monthly, 1 for yearly and 1 for immediate but I don’t understand the differences and there’s no information about them.
Other than that it’s very cool and works well. Super worth the money if I could just figure out which was which

Premium Membership:
At first, there were no issues “what an amazing app.” I thought... After 2 months of a year long membership, the scanner stopped working and the app refused to identify plants. I am plagued with the app starting by asking me to choose a membership type. Meanwhile, Apple reports I have an open subscription until May of 2023. Also, only allowed 10 plant types in “my garden”. It appears to me this is a failed app, which either has been/is neglected or abandoned by those responsible for its creation. Do not make the purchase, run the trail instead!!

Was nice until I paid for unlimited
I used it here and there to make sure plants weren’t toxic to my dog. I eventually go ahead and pay $10 for unlimited monthly. Not long after I try to scan a picture and it says I can’t and to click this link to pay for monthly unlimited. I click it, it tells me I already have it but then still won’t let me scan. So I wasted $10 and now can’t even figure out how to cancel it. Contacted them and no answer. Don’t waste your $.
Update- it keeps charging me and there is no way for me to cancel my subscription that I can find! This app is GARBAGE

A little inaccurate
I picked a flower took a picture of it in the app, then it read as a rose, I know it’s not a rise so I took another picture of the leaves and it came back as a Zulu plant, then took another picture of the bud of the flower and it read as perriewinkle, the took another picture and it came back as jasmine (it’s not jasmine)
Then finally on the last try it read correctly as Gardenia .
At $4.99 per week I think the app need some perfecting.

Didn’t want this! Can’t figure out how to cancel!
I wanted to see how this app worked, so I signed up with the understanding that I could cancel it in a few days. I went on the app, but there is no opportunity given to cancel. They do have a “contact” option so I used that to tell them I never wanted this and am dismayed that they have now charged my Apple account for several weeks now for $4.99 per week! What kind of people trick you into signing up for a free trial, then won’t let you cancel as agreed? Extremely disappointed, if not completely disgusted.

Surprising experience!
Take out your phone, open the app, take a photo of the plant you are interested to know. All the info pops up…I have download the app for a week, find its easy to use, like a mobile plant encyclopedia, highly recommended.

Believe this may seek to take your information
Like many others, I loved the app at first. Bought a yearly subscription. After an iOS update, it stopped working. You cannot restore app - will not allow. You must sign in to your gmail account within the app to even submit a contact form (while the app is open and “views” you typing in your password). No response. I changed all my passwords. Does not seem safe.
Also, didn’t even work as the free version while I awaited a response. Tried to contact Apple as well.

Doesn’t work
When I installed the app I selected the weekly access. When I tried to add my second plant it said I had to upgrade to premium so I chose the monthly option. Now when I open the app it wants me to choose a payment option. Yes I’ve tried restore, doesn’t work. Yes, my Apple account shows I’m subscribing to the monthly full access. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Garden saver!!
My mom gets too friendly with the lawn mower when she cuts. this app just saved a bunch of nice perennials she’s been insistent on mowing that were planted from the previous owners. Now I don’t have to go buy the plants and I can just move them 🙌

Restoring the App when it is a Year Subscription is Frustrating!
I love this App.. it is Awesome. I bought a year subscription and ever so often it asks me to renew the app before the year is done. Has happened at least 3-4 times. Usually right when I need to use it and there is no signal to restore it. Frustrating… now it is not letting me restore the App. Once again right when I need info. If it wasn’t for this restore glitch it would get 5 stars. Please Fix This!
