Play.Book is the best way to book a venue as a group.

Our latest release adds "Min/Max # of Participants" to Group Bookings/Matchmaking.

Use this feature to create a reserve list of players for your upcoming match allowing even more flexibility on who is playing right up until game day.
Hosts can remove excess players as well.

Player contributions are first calculated according to the minimum requirement, and then are recalculated based on the final # of players at game time with excess contributions being refunded then and there.
