Play Your Talent can be advantageously used in companies: The app's system can, via a real-time quiz, give employees and managers insight into their personal talent results directly on the phone in 12 minutes.
If the app is used as an enterprise, the app's system can display aggregate statistics across the company's talent results on a presenter board as soon as everyone has answered and the quiz is completed.
Here you can see what talents are present in which departments and teams. The differences and similarities of the team will be immediately visible. Then you can quickly and efficiently begin developing the talent of the company, focusing on how to optimise collaboration and work to solve tasks smarter.
When the individual talent score appears with the group statistics, the results will be anonymous. Individual talents can only be seen by the individual, and not by others, before this module may be activated.
