Tbh, the app is cool. The only app that has an option for 5 out so anybody who hate playing ppl who excessively uses it, this is the app for you! But then again, you deal with so much BULLS**T from players and the ADMIN. Don’t get me wrong, some are cool and genuine and the same every time they show service, but then you got guys who don’t really care or probably had a terrible day from how it seems like. Cause those same mean admin could be showing great service the next day, there’s maybe only 3 solid admin who really cares and show great service continuously.! But yeah, so much bill crap, players dispute matches and are posed to be fine but never get fined so they do it meaningless every time just to waste time! I get on this app often cause I’m used to it. But anyone new or who really doesn’t need to bet.! Shouldn’t use this app, you won’t be happy

Do not spend money on this site. If you are looking at this comment obviously you are a competitive person looking to showcase your skills but it’s not worth it. The service is terrible. If you have a dispute one guy will tell you something and another guy will chime in and tell you a different thing never really resulting in good news. The new layout is terrible. This platform will match you up with players beyond your skill level. 1-5 with 5 being the best. If you are a 3 that means you are a average player. You expect to be matched with 2-3s. But since the new update a bunch of people left so now you match with 4s and 5s. There is no way a 2-3 should match with those players. You will lose your money. I’ve lost 10 straight matches before as a 3 and was never bumped down a level to play people of my skill. It is truly a scam. They want you to get a game no matter who you play bc they get the entry fee on every game/tourney. Just stay away. And I played madden on this site. I’m no scrub I am currently in the top 1000 online h2h so I’m skilled enough to hold my own but when you play on here and lose to guys you shouldn’t match with just kills your drive to play this game. It’s no longer fun.

Let’s see today I requested a game with 10$ wager where the rules only stated three teams we could not use I can’t remember what teams exactly they were but they were not the saints which is who I play with practically every time! So I request the game and they try to force me to pick out of three teams stating there was a difference in skill between me and my opponent who was supposed to be better than me yet they tell me to choose between three sorry no good teams an my opponent had decent to good teams to choose from doesn’t make sense! Either way the rules did not state this before putting my money up for the match. So when I refused to pick one of those sorry teams because not only am I choosing who the heck I want with my money up in the pot it just simply wasn’t apart of the original rules and they made me forfeit my 10$ that’s right I submitted 10$ to play a match where the original rules were changed be players lounge after it was collected for the pot and forced me to forfeit it because I wouldn’t abide by the change of rules after original submission!

This app was fun… for about a week, until one Lincoln uploaded $25 onto their mind. You only able to bet five dollars and within three matches I had played zero games been told to “f” off, “start the match you %#%#%. If you read this far, just please listen to this. I am 21 years old and I am deleting this app and download it/looking for new ones that have more censorship now remember I’m 21 years old and thinks his app is too harsh not only for the scamming of money people do but the harsh words and bullying, it’s awful. I have heard the N-word multiple times been called the N-word multiple times when they don’t even know who I am. Who’s documentaries on balloons online are the example of this if you have a kid under 16 do not let him get the anger issues do not I don’t get it till is 18+ men I wouldn’t recommend getting yourself at all. Like I said, I’m 21 and am deleting this app because of the money, scamming and horrible customer service but mainly the harsh words and abuse going on with absolutely no censorship

Oneup would be better than what you get from this, I invited a friend that plays madden to this app so he can have fun with small wager games. However after he beat his opponent twice he told me i should try to play him. I ended up losing, but they locked my friends account and have accused him of using mine. I’m interested to see the conclusion of this as they just leave us on read with no explanation at all. No one has multi logged or even shared credentials of their account in this scenario. They’re causing a guy to lose money for absolutely no reason. I HIGHLY recommend that you STAY AWAY.

Update in response to what they’re saying. Me and my friend spent 2-3 DAYS trying to have this resolved and it’s still not. I sent this to your team just for them to say no again. Your team isn’t helpful and you can’t even party up and talk to your friends without them accusing you of trying to make two accounts. Cause honestly the dude my friend beat without him scoring. I lost without scoring that doesn’t make sense for him to be banned cause if it was a “duplicate account” then dude woulda lost a 3rd time.

I was a player on and off for a year. Players will say anything and everything under the sun and even death threats and they don’t do anything about it. I have been fined for responding to some players. You can only take so much. If you were on the street and some of these people came up saying these things to you? What would you do? I started not saying anything and reported players as they used the foul language and nothing was done. Once, they said they would fine him, but me also for replying. If you use “foul” language you can be fined. I wasn’t using any replying but they’vewere going to fine me! Insane!! I also was just banned again when the player reported he won and canceled the match. So I got 25 back and then I went into a another game. They locked my account and said I owe them and wouldn’t respond if I paid that’d they would unlock my account. Absolute garbage. Trash. Very unfair. Same rules DO NOT APPLY TO ALL. Not to mention they don’t have PayPal or any form for payment system to withdrawal money besides

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Joshua “ the customer service manager” is the most rude, disrespectful, entitled manager I’ve ever spoken to. In chat he was disrespectful, snarky, rude and non helpful at all. I had a backup account because I forgot my first accounts info and I was banned and my funds were seized I would ask why and he would just send a link. I’d explain the misunderstanding and he’d go off his own discretion to not give me the account back and to keep all of my funds stating he has the power to do whatever he wants and you have no first amendment right when speaking to him. He is so rude and disrespectful to be a customer service rep. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. If you express any frustration toward him he’d block you and keep you banned from site he acts like a dictator it’s sad. Also when given a survey at the end of the convo on how it’s going I gave him the worst satisfaction and left a bad comment on him he replies oh I’m the one who goes through that so your opinion doesn’t matter he’s the most unprofessional and rude “manager” ever

Recently, I inquired about the calculation of 80% of my 18.5 spread. The admin informed me that it would be 17, and I acknowledged this information. However, I want to clarify that I did not initiate any game at that time or afterwards. To my surprise, when I logged back into the app, I discovered that I had been marked as having lost a match that never took place.

I would like to emphasize that there is no evidence to support the claims made against me. On the contrary, I have proof that I did not start the match, and I have been live streaming all of the games I have played to further validate my position. It is disheartening to be accused of something I did not do, especially when I have clear-cut evidence to support my innocence.

I am disappointed to inform you that my attempts to contact support regarding this issue have been blocked. I fail to see how this action aids in resolving the situation, as I am eager to provide the evidence that refutes the admin's report due to the absence of any game being played.

So i came to this site to try out and my first tournament i got cheated on. The game was said to be “1v1 submit results when all 6 maps are finished” and i questioned it but my opponent says “no no no it’s battle royale it’s fine” so as i started the game i messaged an admin if we were playing the right game mode and i die. After he gets a couple kills the admin says “the game was already played so results are final”. so i told him my situation that he told me to start and play the wrong game mode and i was messaging on my phone during the whole match. he does not try to understand what i’m saying and blames me for not recording voice chat and streaming on twitch. The opponent new i was a new player on this site and manipulated me to his favor. DO NOT GO ON THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DO THE SAME AND MANIPULATE NEW PLAYERS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE BECAUSE ADMIN WILL ALLOW IT UNLESS GIVEN COMPLETE PROOF

EDIT: they have now asked me to pay five dollars to unlock my account because i have argued about being hustled

There’s scammers on here who’ll dispute a match they lost and if caught nothing happens. They need to have a ban policy on this but instead they let them roam free. I’ve lose money so many times in matches I won because I forgot to record and someone just disputes it to get it canceled.

The app is super glitchy too. So many bugs and the notification alerts are terrible which is not good when there’s time limits for you to act on things before you forfeit. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve searched for a match, tried to do something else on my phone, only to find out that a match was found and I forfeited with no alert. I shouldn’t have to put this much energy into making sure I don’t lose money for things that should be easy fixes.

Then when you contact customer service they do not care what so ever. It’s terrible.
