PlayItYourself is a game that helps you learn to play the piano. You see the score and the upcoming notes are highlighted for you to play on the built-in piano. One suggestion
Pros: It's fun. I like that you are able to unlock new songs by successfully playing other songs. It encourages you to practice and keep playing, rather than just buying them. I like the variety of songs, and they aren't so "expensive" that you can't unlock any. The reward system/value is good. You can choose which "channel" to activate when playing, so the difficulty increases if you want to play more notes and chords at once.
Cons: Once you unlock a song, there should be a way to preview it over and over so you know what the song is supposed to sound like or how it should be played. I can't seem to complete Amazing Grace, even the easy version, because I can't get the timing right. I have to complete it in order to earn more points, so I'm stuck without knowing how I'm supposed to really play the song. I can play it fine on real piano, but I can't match the right tempo it wants on here. Also, some of the notes on paper don't match up on the keyboard so it's not completely realistic, but it's still fun.

Awesome, but needs some work
I play piano and found this game to be pretty fun. There are a handful of songs that are written with incorrect rhythms. The songs that should have 3 beats per measure are written with 4 beats per measure. Other songs that have pick up notes at the beginning are written as if they start on beat 1. With some small adjustments those can be fixed. GREAT APP!!!!

Better than Magic Piano
I wish that You can earn more points per musical piece, because you pay 20 points per piece, then gain 25 points once you master it, so you only gain 5 points per piece.
I hope you gain 30 points once you master a musical piece (So you gain 10) because right now you'll have to buy 200 musical prices just to gain 200 points.
All I want to do with the 200 points is to be able to play my piano music that's on iTunes on PlayItYourself 4.

Love it!!!!!!!
I love this game!!! It's the best ever!!! At first it's kind of hard to get used to...but after u get the hang of it, it's hard to put down... Note: u DON'T have to purchase more songs like the other reviews say.. They obviously didn't pass any songs... Lol if u play the song correctly it will give u enough points to open the next song.. And so on....u can buy points To unlock them.. For those who prefer to not practice... Lol hey! Practice makes perfect!!!!

I love this app:) although I do wish tht we could delete a song or something if we don't like it or can't play the song. That's why I give it 4 stars. Please change that so we can delete songs and get our points back

Loved this until I got new phone.
This was a favorite on my phone and then I updated to iPhone 6 now since I completed the free song it is completely froze will not even let me scroll through the the songs to purchase or even reopen the free song. Please fix.

Very fun, authentic sounds, excellent music choices. For a life-long piano player with very limited access to a piano, this scratches that itch to play just a bit. I especially love that you add new scores every few days. Keep them coming!

Nothing is free
The ads block most of the notes. It feels like a scam to make a free app full of fees. Why not just make the app the $1.99 make it ad free and more people would buy it. Free apps are great but when the ads are so huge it blocks the game it does make it worth the memory. Or if ads are so needed put then before or after each song. I would not buy this app if the ads are plastered all over the music like that. This was not good

Best game ever!
This game beats anything I had before about a piano. It is so addicting. You try it once and then you are stuck. Everyone needs to get this game. It teaches you so much. I started taking piano and I am so far ahead.
